MONDAY! Welcome to this great start,, of the first day of the rest of your life! If you do not have a plan , that includes Jesus as your partner,,,, then please stop,, right now, and re-think, re-plan, and then continue on a path-way of joy,,,and a promise of life eternal,,,,with Him at your side.
JUMP START!
Have you ever had a "moment" with your car or truck.. lawn mower,, boat, motorcycle,, anything with an engine,, that you turned the key,, heard two things.. a low murmur of the engine, then nothing.. or just a click, click,, a "no start" with both experiences!.....Yes,, a dead battery... then , call someone to come get you, buy a new one,, or get a "jump start".... and if you are out in a strange city,, a good Samaritan comes up with the words,,, "hey, need a jump?".. is like a million dollar win at the moment, and if no one shows up,,, like an eternity of just that "lost feeling" completely alone!
Now, I want each of you to just stop,,, and think of that moment, you turned that switch, and that car did not start.... how did you feel,,, how did your mind re-act to that "nothing"? This is a sample of what it is like to face God,, with unforgiven sin,,, alone.. no one to come to your aid.... just standing , alone,, like in a foreign town,, call ,,, no answer,, just alone,, a feeling of lost.. and that is exactly correct,,, if you face God alone! Don't!,, Get that "die-hard" battery of life here and now.... call out now...call Jesus,, ask Him to forgive you of your sin, give Him your heart and soul,,, and then when the time arrives to face God on that Throne,,,, your cables will be already connected.... ready to answer those questions from your book of life,, ,,,for once read ,,, and before sentence,,,Jesus will come in, and call out to His Father, He or she is sin free,,, for I have paid the price...Yes those cables that you connect now,, will be the best
JUMP START YOU WILL HAVE EVER HAD!
God, thank You for Giving us Jesus,,,and I pray that all who hear His name , will accept Him as Your Son, and our Savior from all sin.. amen
