TAKING A STEP!
I wrote on Facebook yesterday the following,, and I want to add to it....
The steps you take today,, are the very ones that will take you on into tomorrow. They are also the ones that will take you on to eternity,, only you can change the direction , and the destination.. but what if you don't have the opportunity? So watch where you step,, and who you are walking with!
Lord, thank You for my direction, I pray today for Your continued direction, and that You guide all who reads this, amen

Monday,, Welcome from the week-end,, I am glad you all survived the many things you did!.... Being with God?,,, was that one of them? I pray that it was, then, today, tomorrow , and every day!!!

We all have our beliefs in this world,, these beliefs are the destiny of our spiritual world.. soooo,, what is your belief? Where will you spend eternity? How will you fare out when you appear before Him? Will you have your special defender Jesus,, or will you have that one smiling off to the side ,, the one with little horns on his forehead? Maybe what is believed today, is not what one wants,, to be able to go where they want to go.. so ,, now is the time to change those beliefs,,, bring in your real Savior,, Jesus Christ, into your personal, and public belief.. then survival is for sure.. the path is laid,, and you can smile as you become

SUN SETTING,, MOON RISING!
SUNDAY,, The secret of health for both the mind, the body, the soul, is not to mourn for the past,, not to worry about the future,,, not to anticipate the future,,, but to live the present moment,, wisely, earnestly, and with God present at all time...
SUN SETTING,,, MOON RISING!
Most of the people start getting ready for the night, as the sun sets in the west... some are planning a night at home with the family,, a little," one on one" with the kids,, some good T.V... or read a book,, or play some games .. but a plan to have a early night of family time... others,, start off with plans for a night out,, eating, strolling along a park lane by the lake,,,a night ride,, or out to the clubs! Night time is the time of caution as we go ,, where ever,,, even at home ,, we are a little cautious at what we do,, how we act to the sounds we hear, better at night, than day.. I remember my Grandmother telling me,, if night was to go out, God would have given us headlights,, and I pondered these things in my mind as I grew,, and low and behold,, cars did get better headlights,, streets became lite up,, more light and more light, until in towns , the streets were close to daylight,, but still there was the worry... of something else,, there in the dark,, outside the realm of the light.. just what it is,, no one knows, for we all have it ,, no matter how brave you are,, it is the anticipation of stepping into the unknown,,, a moment of hesitation. And as the sun starts to rise the next morning,, you see the break of it across the horizon,, a peace of sorts, starts to come back into your system,, the sort of relaxation,, seeing beyond the realm.. and then you can see where you are going.. where you are.
Knowing Jesus Christ, is like the change from dark to light,, for He is the light of the world. He was sent to us from His Father, our Living God, to guide us,, He is the light,, If you are wandering in the darkness of life,, stop,,, reach for that light switch,, that of Jesus Christ,, When you accept Him,, the switch is automatically turned on,, you can see the light,, your eyes are finally opened to reality for the first time of your life,, no more fear of that darkness , for that light is forever,, you have a guide that will lead you out of the darkness and into the light of our God... Just like the
RISING OF THE SUN,, AND THE PASSING OF THE MOON,,,
THE SON OF MAN SHALL SHINE ETERNAL,,, WITHIN YOU!

RELATIONSHIP!

Saturday- don't waste this day,, use it with care,, it was made special,, for you, for me,, to be celebrated and enjoyed at its' fullest!,, Not lost.... in "way-ward" ways!
RELATIONSHIP
We all have relationships,, with out wife,, with our children, with our friends,, all kinds of relationships , from deep,, medium, and light.. normal,, un-normal.. all kinds. There are even a lot of relationships we want to keep secret,, others we want to shout them out loud ,,, like on a loud speaker for all to see,, and hear about... No mater who you are,, you do have relationships,, the kind is under your control on your side, and you alone..
So, the question of the day is , and only you can answer, yes, you guessed it,, what is your relationship with God,, Jesus Christ? Do you have a relationship? Yes you do! Now ,whether this relationship is good,, or bad,, it is a relationship,, and I am here to tell you,, it is one of the most important ones of your life,,,the most!!!!
I would like to ask each of you to just stop,, examine yourself as to the relationship you have with God,, your belief, your faith, your testimonials of Him,, your LOVE for Him... Is it more important to you than any thing else in this world,, in your life,, just ask,, and then answer yourself and see ,,, if you are satisfied with your

MIRACLE OF A VOICE!

FRIDAY IS HERE!!! Now all you have to do,, is survive the day, then the w/e is here! As you Bar B Que, Fish, Hunt, Swim, Cut Grass, Watch that Ball Game,, or Your Favorite Movie,, take or bring ,, which ever,, The One, who got you over the hump,, down the slide,,, to this day safely and ready for this w/e!
MIRACLE OF A VOICE!
At age of 22,, I was in Tachikawa Japan,, in the USAF. I was not at my duty station ,, when my best friend came and got me. He said the Red Cross was looking for me.. so, I tore out to the hospital,, I was a Medic,, and a lady named Betty was the director of the RC. I knew they only sent runners out if it was the worse.. and the news was suffocating, for she told me that my dad had been x-rayed and had cancer of the throat and thyroid,, and that there was also a tumor there. He was due surgery in two days, and it looked like from the x-ray that the outcome could be terminal. I was asked if I wanted to return to the states, of course , I replied , yes... The base commander set the works in motion, and I was processed with speed in the evening, and that took some doing.. not knowing that a force was already at work, for if you know the military,, it takes a miracle for Colonels, Majors , Captains, and First Sergeants to come out at a late date, and escort you through the process.. it was indeed already a miracle.. Well , a jet was on hold , just waiting for me,,(miracles unfolding, and yet un-noticed by me) now on the Jet to the U.S. and home. I found my father of 64 ,,, in good spirits , for he was a man of great principles, bravery, and faith in his God. My mom, (name Lilla) as one would expect.. down,, very much... the rest of the family,, brothers and sisters,, also down, for our father was in danger... of a terrible disease, that no one knew anything about , except it caused death...
Dad went into surgery,, for a long , long time. When the operation was over,, the doctors came out,, looking gloom,,, Their message,,, was not bad,,, but not good.. for they told us they got the tumor, it was as big as a large sweet potato, removed the thyroid. they scraped the the throat,, and got the cancer out,,, they hoped, but Dad would never speak again.. and that just was not my dad... We were all crying for the relief of the hopefully gone cancer,, and the idea that my day would never speak, call out our names ,, say the words to my mom or us, that he loved us.. and as we stood in that hallway,, out of the operation room came my dad,, and guess what,, he was not just saying , but he was hollering my moms name,,LILLA,, LILLA, LILLA, I LOVE YOU!!!,, Yes even the doctors mouth was wide open,, and we were dancing in the hallway of miracles for one had just been performed,, my dad was talking, and he did so to his death.. My dad was with out cancer,, and lived to be 84,, and when he died,, he leaned his head over, and for the last time ,, he said with that miracle voice,, "Lilla, I love you!.. and then the went with his God,,, and yes even in this day and time God is very much alive and working on our very own testimonials the miracle of HIS WORDS,,, from out of our own
VOICES!!!
Lord,, thank You for that miracle of that day and the many,many others that you have performed for my family, and I ask that you continue to hear those calling out to You, and I pray that You have mercy upon all who are in need. amen

I am very aware that God has been not only with my family from the time of my remembrance , but continues today,, and lives within us .. and I ask , have you invited Him into your daily life? If asked ,,He will come, and live within You... for an eternity! Just ask!!!

GODS' WINGS
Thursday-Welcome to one of Gods' days... made for us all,,, to be enjoyed to he utmost, with an excitement of our largest desires,, but to do so,,, with reverence to Him!
Group Prayer: Let's all pray that God will give a solution to the oil spill in the Gulf, and the poor wildlife can escape the perils of man..
GODS WINGS!
After a forest fire in Yellowstone National Park, forest rangers began their trek up a mountain to assess the inferno's damage. One ranger found a bird literally petrified in ashes , perched statuesquely on the ground at the base of a tree. Somewhat sickened by the eerie sight, he knocked over the bird with a stick. When he gently struck it ,,three tiny chicks scurried from under their dead mother's wings. The loving mother keenly aware of impending disaster , had carried her offspring to the base of the tree and had gathered them under her wings, instinctively knowing that the toxic smoke would rise. She could have flown to safety , but had refused to abandon her babies.Then the blaze had arrived and the heat had scorched her small body, the mother had remained steadfast, because she had been willing to die, so those under the cover of her wings would live!!!
"HE WILL COVER YOU WITH HIS FEATHERS, AND UNDER HIS WINGS YOU WILL FIND REFUGE!"
(Psalm 91:4)
God, thank You for showing us real life examples of how You have sent us Your word of safety under Your wings,, there, for all of us to gather, without worry, nor harm, from the hottest of fires,,, ever.. amen

This morning I awoke with the wanting of something to write about ,,, nothing in my mind,, I prayed as I fixed my first cup of coffee.. pondered,, Lord,, what will I send out today.. help, I can not come up with anything... then to the computer... I looked at my e-mail as I aways do for requests,, and there was this e-mail,,, and I was drawn by the example so great, I knew that this was also a sign to send this out to all... thanks from Lori for sending me this story..
Can you see this mother with her burned wings and body covering these chicks,, then imagine our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,,, with wings(arms) outstretched on that Cross on Calvary!!!!!

WATCHING YOUR BAACK-TRAIL!

Wednesday--- the "hump" day of the week! As you have now gotten to the top of the "hump ",, and you gaze at the w/e , which is now in sight,,, don't throw away those remaining days as you go forward,, God gave them to enjoy also,, so stretch out those days as well,,,,and enjoy the whole week!!!!
WATCHING YOUR BACK-TRAIL?
I use this saying to my children, my wife , and to friends. If you are going somewhere,, look back often, for as you return,, things will not look the same.. buildings,, trees,, skyline,, all will appear to be completely different than when you came down this road in the other direction.. this is a very true statement.. People who have gotten lost in the woods,, had they stopped,, and looked back,, then they could have turned at anytime, and came back to where they started...
Lost ,, by not watching your "back-trail".. but you can be lost by not watching your "front-trail".. that is the direction you are going at the present time.. for in real life ,, there is but a "front-trail" for you only. If you are watching the wrong signs,, going into the wrong places... it could be fatal.. and the same is for your spirit path. If you are following satan,, then you are on the wrong road of life,, and believe me, that is satan on the side of the road,, the one who is waving,, beckoning to you with all the goodies,, offerings at a small price, which turns into the biggest price of your life,, death! Yes dealth , by fire ,, eternally.. So get your directions,, your road map to your life's' "front-trail",, the Bible,, the directions that stands firm,, never waving,, never faltering.. always the right way,, and the directions of how to get the anti-satan bumper... Jesus Christ.. then you will have the way, the right way,, the direction to God,, you will be traveling forward,, for there is no backward! So watch where you are going , for you want others, your children, your friends, your aqquaitances,, to ,, without hesatation,,,,

Making a "front-trail" daily by starting it off with a prayer of faith to my God,, how do you start your day off?

We all have those days of doubt,,, I have mine in most of the decisions I make,, yet, it it was real doubt, I probably would not do them,, so I will call all of those ,, second thoughts,, but real doubt,,takes another place,, for it is something that you have to stop, and really think about,, as like ,, when someone who is real close ,, sends me an e-mail to take their name of the "thoughts" list.. I think,, why am I writing these,, am I doing something that is a splinter in someones mind.. am I rubbing some people the wrong way,, are most just too good to tell me,, "don't do this" ,,, "don't send these to me anymore",, for the names are going down,,not up... so,,yes there is a lot of doubt,, just who does read,, who just deletes, and just who cares.. should I continue to do them? Well here is my answer,,,
When this idea was planted in my small brain, I was startled,, I had doubt ,, for I said ,, what should I do. I felt the Lord and the answer I had asked,, was answered ,,, keep my faith, and these thoughts will be mine, as you write them.. My answer is,, I believe this,, I have done them,, with prayer,, and faith, that I do recieve help.. I said I would continue to do these and I will ,,until there is but one who reads them,, or if it is just I who reads them.. so if I have offended anyone with the context of these thoughts,, I do not apologized, I just thank God for the words that did offend , made them thank of Him,,hopefully bringing someone closer to Him .. than before they read them...If you would like your name removed ,, please remit to me, and it will be done. We all have those days of doubt,,, I have mine in most of the decisions I make,, yet, it it was real doubt, I probably would not do them,, so I will call all of those ,, second thoughts,, but real doubt,,takes another place,, for it is something that you have to stop, and really think about,, as like ,, when someone who is real close ,, sends me an e-mail to take their name of the "thoughts" list.. IN MY OWN BED!
Goooood Morning Monday! The first day of the work week,, the day after Sunday, Gods' gift, of the first day, of the rest of your life,,, so get out there and enjoy the happy start of YOUR Monday morning!!!!!
IN MY OWN BED!
One of the greatest feeling is to lie down in your own bed. Just a known fact.. just ask anyone who has just been on vacation,, travels a lot on their job,, been on an 800 mile trip with 25 teenagers in two mini vans and five nights in a Motel 8 with them in 5 rooms! Yes , when you get back ,, wow,, what a relief it is to just lay back on that bed and stretch from here to there,, for just a few minutes,, priceless.. right?
Well, let me tell you all of a feeling you can get that lasts more than a few minutes... it is the accepting of Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. Yes, when you take that sigh, a deep breath that goes deep , deep down, and then you exhale,, and say,, "Jesus, I accept you as my personal savior,, forgive me of my sins, and accept me as one of yours",, you have that final feeling of the most relaxed time of your life.... and if in church when you accept that invitation,, feel the rush of rushes, as your heart pounds with each step, and as you reach the front, turn and say it public, look out ,,,,, here it comes,, that rush,, that relief,, that same ole feeling of just laying back

right after that trip, after a long hard day of work,, but wow !!!!!,,,, that feeling,,,,, one, of only one! Go for it!!!!

HOT! HOT! HOT!
Sunday- The Lords' Day! Happy Fathers Day to all the fathers out there! Remember our Father in Heaven also , for he is the ultimate Father!

Here in middle Georgia, we have had 10 days of 90+... and a very high humidity,, I am one who likes the summer, and I have even had to watch just what I do when out doors.. and I , and I hope with all , thank God for A/C. He is so good to us,, and then I walked by my thermostat,, as it felt a little hot, and was tempted to move it down, cool even more.. when I re-called one of my older "Thoughts ForToday" ,, Remember with me,, and ponder on the real meaning:
WHAT IS OUR SPIRITUAL THERMOSTAT SET ON?
HOT OR COLD?
Also remember the statement above related to this heading, the home thermostat can be adjusted,, this one is just hot or cold.........
God, thank You for our home cooling, and thank You for the opportunity to make a choice on our eternal temperature setting with the acceptance of Jesus.. amen

SNEAKY!

Welcome to Saturday,, first day of that week-end! How about your plans,, good job on planning a good W/E? Did you think to include "everyone"?
SNEAKY!
How many of you had your "Sneaky Pete's", as we use to call the ones who would go behind someones back to do something, just to keep anyone from knowing that they did it.. for it was usually something a person would not want anyone to know that they did it.. wow!!! A long explanation, but they did it quick and sometimes the hurt would be long lasting... When confronted,, complete denial... You could not squeeze the truth out of them for any amount,, for they wanted to hide,, for they lack "bravery".. they just did it in the background and around the corner, within the darkness of non-truth.. Yes,, I had more than my share of these... how about you?
Now , I ask one question,, has there ever been a little "Sneaky Pete" in us? I must admit , that as much as I advertise, and some would testify,, I am a very "upfront" guy,, sometimes more than needed , and I have had to put on the brakes, and put it in reverse to keep my face the color other than red.. ha! But I had, and I am sure others have had this same "sneaky" time of our lives of our God, and our Jesus,, maybe not just saying , we believe in God, and Jesus, but the fact that we did actually talk to them,, and we did actually say , we love You God, we love You Jesus,, we just did not want our 12 and 16 year old buddies to know it.. or later our "Beer Buddies", for it would make us look weak. Little did we know , we were being sneaky , slipping around to pray,,, real low, so no one would hear us.. Yes we were known as hidden Christians, ashamed to a point,, weak, ,,even when we was trying to be a good one.. So I ask,, did you ever get to where you can talk about God , talk about your accepting Jesus,, being the strong one,, being an out-loud Christian, talking as you want Him to talk and do things for you? I did, and wow,, does it feel good... Yes I still go into my "closet" to pray ,, one on one level with my God, as all should do,, once in a while, but we must be able to pray out loud other times, with no shame and no hidden seaky ways.. come and join me and be a
OUT LOUD CHRISTIAN, AND
NO MORE SNEAKING AROUND,, HOW ABOUT IT,,
JOIN ME?
God , thank You for giving me the ability to speak out loud about you with no shame at all.. I ask that You give all that ability and we all just have a revival of Christian talking.. amen

TGIF- Hey , it's Friday!!! Workers,,, retired,, rich,, no matter, for some reason, we all look forward to the week-end.

Call 911,, grab a fire extinguisher,,, go to safety,, don't "de-dadle" around and get burned up.. What? You don't have a fire extinguisher? Then get one and put it in your kitchen,, where most fires start.. don't be a "dummy" and reach for one ,, when there is not one, and the fire is there.... right?
Well how about that fire in your heart, the one that you are facing each day you are without Christ? Have you accepted him as your "fire extinguisher" against satan,, if not,, you are definitely going to get burned.. and bad, and forever burning... so why would you let that happen when you have an extinguisher that can extinguish the fire before it even gets close to you... so why would you let this free fire extinguisher go unclaimed? There is no good answer that you can give, except the one above,, "dummy",,, and I am not one.. how about you,,, Join the "fire brigade" against sin, if you have not already joined,,,accept your Fire Extinguisher,, Jesus Christ,, and pass out the word of God, and His plan,, make a difference,, and help supply everyone with that

SMALL,,, BUT SOOO BIG!

Thursday - Welcome to it,, and may each one have a great God's day,, enjoy it for you deserve it! Right?
Prayer Request: Ann Hicks, my sister-in-law, who is coming home Friday, after having a tumor removed from her brain, she still does not have the use of her left leg,, but does have some movement in her toes, please pray for Gods continued healing power in the complete feeling in her leg and to walk ..
SMALL,, BUT SOOO BIG !
I look out in the yard,, and I see a fairly big yard.. I look down the road,, I can see a fair distance, I look up, and I can see eternity. I think of our little nest, and I see, in my mind, Atlanta, Macon,, New York, California, Alaska,, Japan,, places I have been and they are far away,, out of natural sight, but not sub-conscience,, there we still have our pictures of far away places we have visited...and then I look on T.V. see the vast countries,, their land, their forests, their water falls, their jungles, their deserts,, their environments..and how vast and big they are,, wishing I could see them all,, walk on their grounds,, live with them and see their customs.. be a part of them also. Yes , this earth is so vast, we will not be able to see it all, except through T.V. ,computers , and films..
I then stop and think , how are we in this vast pool of people, in such a large distances apart,, able to make a difference. I then think of God,, how He made it for us all to enjoy,, to see.. and as I read the Genesis of the Bible, I do seem to see more, as I see Him building this great earth,, and then I see, feel , His presence as I talk to Him in Prayer , and I realize , that my little word to Him , is as big as the earth He built,, my presence is known to Him and that is what matters.. Correct? So I realize that I will see the earth in its entirety when I join my God ... so for now, I know that I am just as big as the earth, so no matter how small we are,,, it is a matter of "faith",, that makes us
SOOOO BIG!
Lord, thank You for the insight that you planted with us.. and thank You for the knowledge of just how big we are, and that is ,,,,,just how big our faith is,,, amen...

Just looking at creation each day and each night ,, and thanking Him for all I see, for as I look,, I see more and more,, for I look,,, standing beside Him,, who are you standing by , and what are you looking at?

WALK, LEAVE FOOTPRINTS!
Wednesday- Wake up,,, as you open your eyes,, let the corners of your lips turn up,, not down,, for today,, you will have more ups,, than downs,,,,, if you take Jesus with you on this days journey!
WALK , LEAVE FOOTPRINTS!
As we travel through this life, we leave memories,, we call footprints. Most things that walk or crawl, do leave a print as to where it is going, and where it has been... To some , it is a warning of what went down this trial, and do you want to follow or not. For some things, it is a source of food, survival,, just a way of life.. some trials left are only a memory,, no significant use to us.
How about the trail you are making,, the one you are leaving as you travel through this life? Is it something you would like to turn around and sweep clean, so no one can see where you have been,, where you are you going? The trail you leave is up to you.. good or bad. The choice falls within you and what you want to have people remember you as , and what you have done. But the real trail of your life,, as you travel to the end of your travel , is the one you make for others to follow.. and the end results of what you left behind.. Did you choose the eternal route to Heaven or did you choose the eternal route to hell? Yes, on both choices,, it is an eternal choice. not one you can decide at the moment of entry... so ,,, I beg to each who reads this,, as you travel,, and leave your trail of life,, do it with God, and leave a track that is not only pleasing to follow but one that is cool to walk on,, ( two perspectives there). Take Jesus with you and as you

FROM OUR YOUTH!
We as humans, can depend on certain things in our travel through this life , God, Jesus, parents, brothers , sisters, aunts , uncles, friends, preachers, church and our YOUTH! Yes, our youth is our foundation.. how well they hold up to the tasks of the coming of age of their lives is , how good did we prepare the foundation. I believe we have the gangs in towns, that are running rampant,, and with very little reins to hold them back , and we must remember,, most gangs are led by adults, adults who emerged from the gangs themselves,, a foundation built by other adults, just as we build our foundations for our other youths.. Are there any good foundations in this world to carry on? Yes! There is an enormous foundation in our world..the foundation of our YOUTH! I believe that our Youth are 95% good,, they are smart, they do their thing,, they dress the time,, they are growing tall,, and well,, and strong,,, strong in their convictions, of freedom, knowledge, and yes ,,,, one of the biggest convictions of YOUTH today is their conviction of God and the belief in Jesus Christ.. Look at your churches,, the youth are there, and working, listening,, and yes ,, it is still up to us to continue to build a good foundation, and to be a good example to

We as humans, can depend on certain things in our travel through this life , God, Jesus, parents, brothers , sisters, aunts , uncles, friends, preachers, church and our YOUTH! Yes, our youth is our foundation.. how well they hold up to the tasks of the coming of age of their lives is , how good did we prepare the foundation. OVER THE HORIZON!

Monday,,, beautiful "blue" Monday--colored by God , not us,, and look at the surrounding,, wow ,, what a site,, sooo,, enjoy the beauty,, enjoy the richness He has given,, all free!! What a bargain!
OVER THE HORIZON!
When you travel down the highway,, and you look forward,, you see the horizon, and that is as far as you can see ahead. What is down the road, over the hill, over the plain? You just keep driving, walking, running, with the faith that the place or things you want, are just ahead over the horizon... If you did not have the faith that you would continue to find a footing,, and not fall off the end,, you would not continue,, but inner faith keeps you going and you don't even think about it. you know that the land keeps on going, and you will have a good footing...
How abut the final horizon? Can you see over that horizon? Do you know you have a solid footing? Do you have that inner faith ? The faith of going to Heaven? If you don't , just reach out and get that faith,, it's not hard to do,,, just accept Jesus Christ,, and do it publicly,, by professing Him as your Lord and Savior.. that's all,, and then continue life for then you will know you now have a good footing as you travel down and

ESCAPISM!

SUNDAY! God's day,, let's all get up,, get out and enjoy it,, reign in the warmth of His love, and shout out Glory to Him! Today is His, and His Forever!!!!
ESCAPISM!
Thousands of people have plans to escape from the realities of life. A new word came into common usage a few years ago: escapism. The dictionary defines it as "a retreat from reality into an imaginary world". Some are trying to hide in an elusive imaginary world. But ... sooner or later we must leave our dream world and face up to the fact,,, that of God , sin and judgment. The Bible says," All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"(Romans 3:23) and "There is none who does good, no not one'(Romans 3:12) There are no new sins,, just new sinners,, no new crimes,, just new criminals, no new evils,, just new evildoers. Murders are no more larger or worst than Abel and Cain,,, sex perversions , that our papers play up as daring and new,, are no more horrible than the ancient perversions of Sodom and Gomorrah. Evil is evil,, the same as always,, and there are only new doers,, and all are looking for that way.. the way out!
There is an escape,, good news, the way of escape , and deliverance. In Hebrews, we find the question, 'How shall we escape?". and it also tells us the means of escape God has provided: "But we see Jesus who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death.. that He, by the grace of God , might taste death for everyone... and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage."( Hebrews 2:9, 15)
Jesus is the only way that God has provided. The Bible declares "And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent"(John 17:3)
Your can know Christ by receiving Him at this moment and He can become your escape.. do you want this escape? Are you looking for your

HUBBLE TELESCOPE!
Saturday- Welcome to one of God's days,, He made them all,, and gave them to us to enjoy,, so let's do just that , enjoy them together,, you , I and Him!
Prayer Requests: for those who are located in those Arkansas storms,, pray for their relief.. of recovery of not only homes and things , but the much lost of life.. Prayer can heal, when nothing else can nor will.
HUBBLE TELESCOPE!
Scientists have developed with their engineers , one of the most powerful telescopes in our history...they can see father than we ever imagine we could see. They have seen new planets,, black holes,,, meteors, and meteor clouds. Yes, a wealth of pictures, and a lifetime of examinations. Will we ever get there by rocket or light transporting? Only time will tell, for , yes , our scientists are hard at work to discover these types of transportation, and you would surely not have to pull over for a fill up at a pump to travel this way,,Ha! As our scientists gaze out into the heavens,, they have seen the works or our God,, but never in person.. but we still have plenty of people who doubt , and ever profess there is no God..
What does it take to get the human race to realize that they do not have to see God in person for Him to existences? He has built us on our faith,, He has created the world, the universe,, all that we can fathom ,, and we should be able to just look,, and believe , believe so easy.. for can man create these planets, these black holes,,, these meteorites floating through space at thousands of miles per seconds? NO , for if we could, we would be flying all around the universe,, and look at us,,, we don't have wings, only man-made wings,, Has anyone seen a bird out there?
No! For the bird has a built in faith,, if God wanted them to fly into space.. then He would have put a tree out there to perch on.. so they just live in faith here,, food supplied , and never plant a seed, except on a fence , and that is nature.
The only message today is.... Do you need a "Hubble Telescope to see God? or can you just open your eyes ,, and see plenty.... by looking.... just beyond your nose? How about it?
Lord, thank You for giving us faith in You and that when we believe, we can see You , in all of your splendor of gardens, planets, stars, rain, birthing of another.. yes , thank you for opening our eyes....... amen

I WIN, YOU LOSE!
Friday!!! TGIF--- Have a great Friday,,, as you wind down the work week clock , and going into the w/e,, rewind your clock of faith in God,, and take Him with you through the w/e and life!!!!

How many times have you heard this in your lifetime... Today's thought is short,, and to the point,, I have written many, many times,, inserted the word,, CHOICE,, and it is always up to you.. Just remember,, one gives you everything with no ties or lies,, one works to get you by deceiving you,, all lies! So there is the choice you have,, God or satan. Your "CHOICE"!
At the end of this trip through life,, by your CHOICE , you will hear the words,, the words you don't want to hear,,,, OR the words you want to hear,, if you have not accepted Jesus,, you can accept and change these words

That Look, That Jester!
Thursday,, one down , one to go,, then the W/E. Don't you just wish people would use as much gusto, to plan their life with God,,,, as they use to plan their week-end?
That look, That jester!
Have you been crossing the road at a red light,, someone pulls up and gets just a little too close for your comfort.. you don't run out of the way,, NO! You stand solid,,, and then you give them that "look" and maybe a "jester" (you know ,, the one of your IQ or AGE),, according to who they are, how big, and how close! Then after sizing them up quickly,, comes that look, and maybe that jester too..
Why do we think we are strong enough when we see that big ole car, or truck, to think, even though it scares us,, to thinking we may get hit,,;;;; if it indeeds continues to come on,, we will not be hurt? No, we have the faith , that even though it is coming close and kinda fast,, we just have that faith in that driver , that he or she is going to stop.. Enough faith,, BUT still we have to give that look, and that jester, and never falter our place on that walkway to anyone,,no we are there first, our turn to walk,, our space that they are invading,,! Faith of maybe a life-time!
It does not matter to us, if we step on the toes of ill feelings to that driver or not.. for at that time, they had us in their sights of of hurt... and we did not like it!!!! NO we are going to give you two things,, you know what they are!
So , why do we let satan do this to us all the time,, he is always shoving us that tool of death... to us,,, and we let him keep coming over and over ,,, and we never give that look of looks,, or give him that jester ,,
YET,,, if someone does give you a shout, of "do you have Jesus within your heart, have you accepted Him today,, do you believe in God?,,, there comes "that look", then "that jester",, and maybe even some directions of where we can go... yes we will do that in a heart beat, even if it is a message of hope and salvation for us.
But let ole satan just grab our body to do with what he wants,, giving us no hope , no salvation, only death in the end,, and yet, you never see anyone giving him any of these
looks, or jesters!
Something is wrong with this scenario!!!!
Lord, help us to activate the faith you have instilled in each of us .. let us not only show it off,, but lead others to use theirs, in the correct way... amen

I have made those looks, and those gestures,, and as of now,,, my face turns red as I recall them.. even though I have asked God to forgive me,, these things , ever so little,, blooms out to be ever so large...
So think about it,, what is your look? what is that jester you are waving around? CHOICE,, CHOICE,, YOURS.....

SIDE TO SIDE, STRAIGHT AHEAD
Wednesday- that ole hump day is here again,,, Don't rub your days with wax paper,, the "slide of life" is already faster, than we want, so slow down, and enjoy the slide of "God's Bounty"!
THIS SIDE, THAT SIDE, STRAIGHT AHEAD!
Both headings this morning bounce off each other.. We tend to , in this day and time, to walk through life looking straight ahead, as if we have blinders on. We see what we want to see,, and that is what we need now,, not really thinking about the "what's ahead". Life in the slow lane,, is a life without blinders ,, then we see what is on the right side, and the left side, what's ahead, and most of all,, yes most of all,, what we are leaving behind us.. If we would really look at the behind,, we would slow down to see the side to side journey of this life.. Once slowed into realistic thinking, we should pick up a much needed partner to make this life even more enjoyable. It is a shallow life to have gone through it and see that we did it alone.. and have nothing to count on for our later future,, so it is better to do it now,, yes right now! I am not talking about husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend,, a best friend , but that of Jesus Christ, who should be in front of all the above. Once that is done,, then you will even see more ,,, as if another set of blinders have been removed,, for now you can see a future,, a place called Heaven! So how about your walk,, want to do it alone,,straight ahead, or do with that friend, and walk with your head turning from

How's your walk going! Have you hung your blinders on the blinder hook? Think about it,, seriously!

Tuesday-Good morning- Life is like a jump out of a plane! It can go by in a hurry, and end with a bang, IF you don't pull your rip cord,,, my rip cord is Jesus Christ,, and what a view as I go through this life. slow and sure!
WHEEL
Are you a "wheel" of life? Just going over and over in all that you do? Leaving only a track, as you roll on, with no destination? No ambition? Alone? and while you roll,, you womble and fall... alone , you cannot get up.
Be a "wheel" of God,, leave a track that others will want to follow,, a wheel that does not just roll, but has a mouth that can tell the stories of God, His works, His desires, His Son, His wrath, His forgiveness.. and will hold you up , so you don't fall. Don't just roll through life,, get off the merry go round,, and walk! Make those steps count,, count for the Lord,,He has put you here to enjoy all the things of this world that are good,, and you know what it good and what is bad,,, so do the good,, let all know who you represent while you travel this life.. don't just roll , womble, and leave a crooked track to follow,, and fall,,, be a walking, practicing Christian.. don't be just a no-where to go ,,, plain ole

THE DIRTY WINDOW!
Monday-- Here in style,,,, with all of us rested and relaxed from a great week-end,, it is time to go back to the wild ride of our lives,, Monday through Friday,,, well if it has to be wild for those five days,, lets take on a passenger to be our designated driver.. if you don't know who I am talking about, then you really need that driver,,,Jesus Christ , don't worry , he has a license to go where ever!
THE DIRTY WINDOW!
How many of you have ever tried to look through a dirty window in the house, in the car, in your truck, or even in your tree-house? Nothing is recognizable as you want it to be,, it is like a person who has 20/70 sight and take their glasses off.. I know that scenario,, for that sounds like my glasses.. So what do you do.. continue to look through the dirty glass, or do you stop and clean it, so you can see what you are looking at,, and see where you are going? Yes , most smart people would stop and clean,, some, who think they are smart and want to save time, would not stop,, they would roll on, through life stumbling, falling,,, and wandering,, even into a eternal stumbling burning hole...
Stop,, clean the window of your heart,, let the Heavenly sunshine in! Let God show you Jesus, and show you the only chance you have to get to Heaven,, the way,, the light! Once you have open the shutters of your heart,, bare your soul,,let the gospel light of Christ in,, you will never have to look out a dirty window, crawl down a dirty dark alley,, never scuff a knee. aAgain once you do, you will never want to let go.. so come on,, open the shutters,, lock them back,, fling open the window,, take a deep breath,, feel the fresh air, feel the warmth,, feel

I tried plenty of Windex, but I have never found a cleaner that works like the Blood Of Jesus Christ.. Have you?

FIRST THOUGHTS,,LAST THOUGHTS!
Sunday- Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced!
First Thought,, Last Thought,
When you awake in the mornings,, think ,, what is your first thought of the day? Then , think about when you go to sleep,, what is your last thought of the day? You might be surprised to know just what your memory brings up.. and you may want to change the things you think about at these two crucial times.. for one,, gets you through the day,, the other gets you through the night..
This is the two things I think you be thinking about,,
Morning- First thing out of your mouth,,, Good morning Lord,, than You for this upcoming day!
Bedtime- Last thing out of your mouth,,, Good night God, and thanks for all I have recieved today!
I believe in putting God first in our lives and what better way to start than in the morning and at the end of His day.. Yes , His day,, for he made them, and He manages them ,, we are just a part of that management..

EYES WIDE OPEN!
Saturday: When you roll out of that bed,, open your eyes to,, what I can do today,, not what I have to do today!
EYES WIDE OPEN
This world was given to you and I by the Almighty God ,, to enjoy and claim of its nutrients of life. It was given to us to use ,, and with our eyes wide open to His might,, His power, His love, His rules.. If we choose to enjoy and use what He has made for us,, then this world will continue,, it will grow,,, it will be a paradise here,, but if we abuse it,, then it will become , too hot,, too dry,, to polluted,, soil ruined,, air not breathable,,, whoa!!! Do we need to stop right now??
I believe we need to stop ,, digest just what I have said,, and start changing as soon as possible for we are there,, and we have seen where we have come from in the past 200 years, 100 years, 50 years,,, we are headed down,,, not up,,, and we are , to my much concern,, doing it with our

Ouch!
TGIF-Yes ,, it is Friday!!! Have a happy and great day, and when you see people today, don't just look,, look with a smile on your face and in your eyes also.. then,,, they too,, can see you, and return the same....
OUCH!!!!
I just touched the burner on the stove, after just turning it off, and burned the end on my finger,, OUCH! It may be just on the end, but it is to the bone! Dang! It hurts soooo bad! I know the burn will go away, then a blister,, then the hurt all over again.. ugh! Then it will heal,, thank God!
NOW STOP! Imagine ,, each second of eternity,, you get that same burn,, but all over your body! You burn over, and over. An eternity,, burn, blister, burst,, burn, blister, burst! Over and over,, each second , never stopping. This is exactly what satan is offering you.. he looms around at all times in our present life, putting temptation in front of us,, and this is what he has to offer in the end? Then why do we do it?.. because he makes it so glamorous! You must learn to deny him.
The only way out of this burn, blister, burst, repeat ,over and over thing for an eternity , is to grab hold of that hand hanging down from that Cross on Calvary,, hang on for dear life,, and He will take you to eternity when the time is at hand, and He will give you milk, honey, gold, no thirst,, peace,, what ever God has made , He will share with you, and He will stand before God with you ,, not at the side of a bottomless pit,, laughing,, but crying out with joy saying,, Father ,Father we have another,, for here!!
WATCH OUT FOR THAT BURNER!
God, thank You again,,for You,, Your compassion,, Your forgiveness,, Your caring,, Your Son,, amen

IT IS TIME!
It is time, for all Christians to stand. Get off our butts, and declare God is God, show the we have accepted Jesus for our savior,, not act like it,, then sin like it was a melting ice cream cone,, in other words,, sin must be consumed before it runs down our arm and we lose it..
Christians ,, we must stand,, stand accountable to ourselves,, revisit just where we are in this life,, what are we doing , besides just talking, and acting.. We need to stand for our beliefs ,, our God.
Look at Israel,, they stand,, they made headlines as terrorist themselves,, very few have stood up for them,, The news media should be shouting to the world, "Israel is just defending her borders",, "her country",, Face Book & You Tube , should have paragraphs after paragraphs defending Israel.. No ! Most are setting on their backsides,, and letting Israel go by the wayside also,, well ,, It will never fall,, Israel is a proclaimed country that God has set up,, personally and for His people,, we can get on board or float down the river without a float, drowning.. Israel cannot go down.. so you had better grab hold and proclaim it also.. time to stand up.. and to the call of God's army is now , not later,, Do you want to march with Him,, or do you feel better to march with the rest of the world...yes , again a choice,,

WHO IS THAT ?
Wednesday- Well , today is HUMP day... now as you start making your plans for the W/E,, think,, you are at the top of the week,, ready to start your slide,, think first,, and put on the "butt- pad",, before you slide ,, It is easier to protect ones self from splinters of life,, than looking over your shoulder later, and try pulling them out!!
Prayer Request: Rich's Mom,, who underwent surgery yesterday in Dothan , Al. pray that she will be on the mend soon and that all went well...
Ann Hicks,,, who had had some numbness in her leg after her surgery.. pray for full recovery and the use of this leg..
WHO IS THAT?
It is a movement, or shadow,,, moving right across in front of us! We all have at one time or another thought we saw something, but could not really pull up a reality picture,, just a blurr of sort. Have you? Some say it is just a thought of the mine going so fast , it cannot register, and some say it is just a movement of some other object you have not seen, and it has made a shadow.. but ,,,, you saw something! Feel something?
Can it be the movement of your conscious? You know your mind works in mysterious ways,, it will guide you,, tell you how, and tell you what,, if you really relax and let it.. then listen to what it says and do it with accountability.
That force that you see,, or feel,, is your consciousness of "two" standing to guide you,,, one is working hard as he can to pull you with him,, do things of the world, not the heart... the other is standing with a smile , arms outstretched, with an offer, not dragging you by the collar, but asking you.. to follow Him ,,down the street of a future,, the road to paradise , with Him,, the other can only promise you a designation of hurt, forever, no paradise .. which one in there for you to follow?... Now as you look ahead, take that step through this life,, which one will you see clearly, and which one will you follow? A big "choice" . Once you decide , then you can really see that so called shadow,,Now that you have made your "CHOICE",, you can change the heading above to read
I CAN REALLY SEE "WHO"
I WILL FOLLOW THROUGH LIFE!

REJECT!
Tuesday,, back to work for some,, for some , what ever pops up,, but what-ever pops , do it with God and do it right!
REJECT!
How many has ever worked at a job that you had to be the inspector and had to approve, or reject? Had to make a decision as "boss" to either keep someone on their jobs, or let them go,, "reject them" , for reasons of not able, not desirable,, or too many on that job.. but you,, you have to do the firing,, give out the rejection.. the hardest part of a supervisors job, if they are a real supervisor... It is a job no one relishes,., and it makes one feel bad and the one who is being rejected,, feel even lower... No one wants to be rejected for any reason.. there is not a good reason to keep one feeling in tact after being rejected.
Now, for you personally... aren't you glad that God does not have a rejection stamp in His hand during this life? Think about it,, every time you sin,, God slaps a "rejection by God" stamp on your forehead... wow,, that would be a real bummer! So, we should be glad that we have a God that is forgiving, and loving, not like a satan and destructive at all times.. Look at what God has done for us,, instead of rejection of us ,, even thought we reject Him so often, He has given us a Savior to redeem our ill thoughts and our ill doings.. our sins,, our rejections,, take the rejection stamp for us ..He has given us HIS SON-- JESUS CHRIST.. who else would do this? No one that I know, how about you? When you reach that time of standing in front of God on his throne of judgment,, do you wish to be standing with satan,, or Jesus Christ,, do you want your final stamp to say approved or
REJECTED!
Lord , I pray that all will come to You, through Your Son, and accept Him as their personal Savior, and be accepted and not rejected.. amen

If you have already accepted Jesus, then you can make a difference in some else's life,, if they do not know Jesus, you can wittiness to them and make so they don't live until death with a rejection stamp ahead of them,, A choice of yours , and mine,, lets, be "testimonial" .. and help in the removal of the "rejection stamps",, o.k.
