Monday: Good Morning!
Where will you walk today? Remember , it is not where you have walked,, but where you are walking to... at this present time, and with who!... It is called your destiny walk,, so direction is a reality and a must!
ABSENCE
When we have someone close to us, move from us to another town, state, country,, a distance to where regular visits are impossible.. you feel a lost,,, a lost that is a feeling like that of non other. I and you have felt these losts', and they are not a good feeling.. lots of tears, hurting of the heart, that feeling of something mis-layed... just missing,,, is the words for the lost,,gone,, missing!
Then the re-union, if you get to experience it,, is heart warming, a tingling, good tears, hugging, laughing, just feel so good at the gathering of good friends, relatives, lover, neighbors,,what-ever,, just a good feeling, and good time,, then ,, it is time to leave,, and again you experience the same as the first leaving... as you travel away,, it chokes you of loosing that love one,,, again!
God feels the same way,, each time one of his' ,,walks away and to satan. These are the same feelings that we experience,, but God has this whole world in His heart,, so stop and think how it is to lose just one! God sees you walking away and down the road of destruction and doom with satan,, the choice you have made,, and He cries, and watches, for you to turn your head, and cry out,, Lord, forgive me,, for I have made a wrong decision,, I am on the wrong road,, the road of sin and destruction,, save me, save me... and Gods' tears will get bigger,, but they will be tears of joy,,, as He reaches and grabs you with loving , forgiving arms,, smiling , and puts you on the road of and to glory, the one to paradise and it is non-destructive,,, and as you look to the other road, you will see satan in a fit of rage,,, which is just where we all want him...
So , remember that feeling of the lost of a love of your life,, as you step into that bar, that sin city street of destruction,, put your arm around satan, thank of the hurt you are giving God, the one who made you and gave you life to start with, and the knowledge of right and wrong... thank about the last part of your road you have chosen,, the one of fire and brimstone,, then STOP,, AND MAKE THE "RIGHT TURN " ,., the one of "turn-around",, to God,,Go ahead,, if on the wrong road,, or you know of someone on that road,,, CRY OUT to God, for direction, and His saving power to pull you back and not ever experience that feeling of
ABSENCE OF GOD ,, in your life!
Lord, guide us to Your side, and that road to glory, and God, loose our tongues, so that we may testify of Your Glory and Love of us,,,, to all we see and touch.. amen

STAMPS OF ?
Welcome to Saturday,,, it is one of Gods' days, made especially for you and I,, so let's use it to His glory,, and not ours.
STAMPS OF ?
You can have many , many stamps,, postage, fed ex, UPS, inspection, approval, birth certificate, and other certificates and awards. We have all bought postage stamps most of our lives, and have sent letters all over the world... I have sent some lately,, for only 47 cents... would you carry a letter from here to Japan for 47 cents? I would not.. no way..
How about a stamp of life eternal for everyone,, now I would, We all say yes we would, but would we? For you can!
The post office has stated that their stamp that you buy now, is good for life.. if they go up on the price,, then the stamp you bought before the price increase, is still good for life.. so they say..
Now the stamp I am talking about is some like the Post Office,,, the difference,, is it is free,, already paid for ,by way of the cross... if you get it today it is life time also, and ETERNAL!, It never has a rate increase, but does draw savings,which are: your soul saved , a heaven of the want of nothing, and the Love of Loves... now ,,, don't you think that everyone would be out in all directions hunting this stamp,, this stamp of salvation, and not damnation? You would think,, but no,,not humans...
You see,,, God put a button in them that is called "CHOICE", and they keep pressing it and missing the right call,, they keep going to the left,, the "now thing",, not thinking about later,,the eternal one.. you know the hotter one with no A/C. when all they have to do is just say, "Jesus, I accept You as my Savior,, I surrender all" ,,,,, then the "STAMP BUTTON" automatically pushes in and will stay in,, then and only then ,,, will you have the
STAMP OF APPROVAL FROM GOD ALMIGHTY!
Lord, my prayer is that all will say those ten words above and be stamped "accepted with love, forever" amen

UPON A STAR
Friday-TGFT- Yes, thank God for today, and ever day. Someone hands you an ice cream bar, you say thank you very much! ....Well, He gave you the world!
UPON A STAR!
I have placed my all, on a "Star" that appeared over 2000 years ago. My life, my family, my eternal life,, has been built around this star. Have you ever seen it? If your answer is no,, then I have a challenge for you all... just close your eyes,,, see beyond your hands into the dark, and as the wise men saw,, if you will call upon your mind, so will you see it... now open your eyes,, and you will fill it.. crazy,, not by me.. for as they did they followed that Star in the east, until it came directly over Jesus... they fell down and worshiped Him & they believed, and they went away from King Herod,, back to their homeland. So as Jesus was born,, the star appeared to them, also shone around the Shepperd's, a sign to all,, Christ is born, a Heavenly Host sang to God and praising God, and saying, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth, peace to men on whom His favor rests"... Yes,,, that Star still shines, never went out,, not even when He was crucified,,, the light of the Father continued to shine in Him, as it does now,, that light conquered death,, and sin.... Yes ,,, I follow that star that was born from Heaven to this world, taken to death, rose from the grave, and still shines until this day and will for eternity... Who do you worship? Do you look into the night for that star,, don't,

US OR PRAYER?
Thursday: Welcome to it. By the grace of God , we are made, and we are given days,, which the length of these days are numbered, but you can extend or descend that number,, He gave us that choice.. now , it is up to you to make that choice!
Prayer Request: Connie Vaughn, who is having her gall bladder removed today,, please pray for God
to guide the hands of her doctors, and that she recover fully, and recover fast.
US OR PRAYER?

We as a nation, boast of how we have done so many extraordinary things, such as penicillin, flight of a multi-ton aircraft, sent men to the moon,, have men floating and working in space,,, move some small mountains.. build vehicles that we can ride in for thousands of miles.. go underwater in subs from here to there for days.. blow up this whole world with a push of a button... BUT,,, in all of this,, we are only instruments.
If we are so great in our own mind,, and we cease to pray, that we can fix it,,then look out ,, for it will be taken, for we tend to pray only in great stress, danger or uncertainty. Christ instructed His followers always to pray, not just in emergencies, as we do.. It is very important to pray daily , and more if you feel like talking to God at any time.
We are not made to exist without prayer,, for from one end of the Bible to the other is the record of those who prayers have been answered, those who turned the the tide of history by prayer. Elisha prayed, and the son of the Shunamite woman was raised from the dead. Jesus prayed at the door of the tomb of Lazarus, and the one who had been dead for four days,, came forth from the grave, alive, even the thief on the cross next to Jesus , prayed to Jesus... so we are people of prayer, and without it we are nothing...if we were,, then why can we not control the earthquakes, virus' that lay thousands down to death , flood and freeze the land right here in the land of plenty,, then dry it up to where the land dies from thirst? John Wesly prayed and revial came to England,, what we cannot do,, He can, and will if we will only pray... another quote from Bily Graham: "Jesus died to make this communion and communication with the Father possible,, He told us of the joy in Heaven, when one sinner turns from sin to God and breaths the simple prayer: "God be merciful to me , a sinner." ."
So,, don't be fooled with the promise in the great halls of our government of the great things they are going to do,, whom have to even make an effort to sit next to each other,, for they are but human, and nothing can be reality,,, nothing,,, without

FOLLOWING THE CROWD!
Wednesday- "HUMP DAY"! Now that you have reached the top day of the week,, don't get on that slide to the week-end! WALK,, and WALK SLOWLY, SEE ALL AROUND YOU, and SEE IT WITH ENTHUSIASM! God did not knock out two days real fast to get to the week-end,, He choose very carefully how to build them for you,, so be courteous to Your God ,, You go slowly,, and enjoy them,, the way they were made to enjoy,, "slow and easy"! The week-end will get here,,, just as quick!
FOLLOWING THE CROWD!
There are two crowds traveling this life,,, there are members of each crowd.. two distinct in their own beliefs and actions...
One group is traveling down their road with a leader who has little horns sticking out of his forehead.. little hooves for feet & hands, a forked tongue, an arrowhead point of a tail,,, He is giving out deception in bundles,, lies from him on every word he speaks,, giving out so called good times forever,, trucks are lined on that road,, they are filled with darkness, and death,, and smoke is coming out of the doors,, fire inside,, waiting to burn as you accept this little figure of death, pulling to an end into this hole he claims is nothing but good times, and once you fall into that hole at the end of that road, then it is fire & damnation , and fire & damnation... forever......
Second group, are traveling down their road,, with a man,, but this Man is wearing white,, displays bleeding holes in his hands, and feet, a bloody cut in His side, a crowd of thorns on His head, with blood streaming down His forehead,, and one of the biggest smiles you will ever see in a lifetime.. Why is this Man,, smiling so big,, for you are following Him by choice,, believing on the word of His Father, that He is the Savior of this world,, the Christ, The Son ,, promising you not death, but life,, eternal,, no fire, but the cool and comfort of His arms... The feeling is great,, and all He utters , is truth... not a lie in Him,, & at the end of His road, is eternity,, the Heaven He has personally made.. no burning hole.. just a choice of the want of nothing,, but the giving everything!
Now, you have a choice to make,, as I am always saying, over and over,,, a choice today of showing to all the world just which
CROWD YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO FOLLOW!
You can take the detour that is on each road,, make a choice now, if you have not. If you have,, made the one with Jesus, how about calling out to those who are on the road with satan, and beg them to take the detour, before it is too late,, it is your job to reach out to those drowning today,, now!!!!
LORD, may we all have our arms outstretched to the ones who are not saved, just as our Savior, Jesus has.. amen

WAITING FOR THE LAST VERSE!
Tuesday- Today, don't "act" like a Christian.. Be a Christian! There is a big difference!
WAITING TILL THE LAST VERSE!
There is always a story of last minute things that we do.. we as a whole, do not make decisions until the last moment. I am just as guilty as any other on this..
The last verse of the invitation song... the feeling of the glued feet to the floor.. the holding on to the back of the bench , holding the song book.. looking down at the floor, just knowing that the preacher is looking directly at you, just as the whole church is also.. all of this is just as most of us felt the day, the time, the second , that grace reached our heart,, and we were ready to give our soul to God and accept Jesus Christ as our Savior... That holding back is satans last chance to change your mind,, to keep you in his stable, as his workhorse,, yes satan is in the church ,, working harder for you and I than any other place in the world, for he has most of it already.
Then as you feel your foot move,, slowly slide out into the aisle,, you are then and there a winner,, and satan just lost, for as that foot moves, so does the other one follow... the heart jumps right up there in the top of your head,, you feel just a little "giddy",,but overall, there is a drain of the complete body,, a drain of none like it, ever to happen then nor again...
Now , we all have waited until the last moment to walk that aisle... but we have done it.. I think of those who have never walked, those who will never walk.. I pray for them,, do you? If you walked in good faith , actually giving yourself to God then you will be concerned and pray for those who are still
WAITING UNTIL LAST,,,
MAYBE TOO LATE!
God, I pray to You this morning, that all will say YES , to You, and walk and bow to You, and accept Your Son, before it is too late.. amen

A boy who waited on a day around his 17th birthday,, in his home town,,at a temporary structure, built special for a visiting evangelist,, at the last service , the last song, the last verse,,, walked , and made his personal commitment to Jesus Christ.. true story.. Billy Graham!

LOVE
Monday- Jump out of that bed this morning! Twist and shout a little,, prance into the Kitchen, get that coffee of what ever makes the day start up with a bang! Get showered , dressed,, and go out into the world of today with a big ole smile,,, for remember, every time you smile it is an action of love, a gift to that someone... it is just a beautiful thing,, so wrap yourself around "somebodies today".

FAITH !
Sunday- As you awake this morning,,, stop, re-close your eyes,, just for a moment, say these few words,, Lord, thank You for this day, may it be another great beautiful day for me,, and will You please come with me again today and enjoy it with me? Now re-open your eyes ,, wow! How much brighter the day is already!
Prayer Request: For the family of 9 year old Eve Wilson,, who lost her life on Tuesday, after car accident last Monday. Her mother is in grave condition in the hospital.. please pray hard for this family.
FAITH
I have written about this word , many , many times. What stirred me again, was when I was driving home yesterday, and again this is an old story, but a true one, to me and to all who drive a car, or truck.
I was driving with my wife, coming home,, and as usual,, looking from right to left, doing a little day-dreaming as I drove,, we both were very quite, just enjoying the sunshine and the ride.. on a straight-way of the road,,, then all of a sudden! a "whoose"! Very loud "whoose" of wind turbulence against our truck, enough to rock it a little. What happen? A large pick up truck , not too much bigger than mine, had gotten real close to the middle line,, not over , but right at the line,, and I was not real far from it also.. and as we passed,,, I would say ,between mirrors,, 12 inches.. close,, yes real (big whoose) close for two vehicles , both going right at 60 mph.. this would be 120 mph head on collision, IF we had been twelve inches farther to the middle of either one,, or thank of this,, 6 inches of us both over to the middle.. wow!
What I am saying,, we can drive a large obstacle down the road ,, made by man, driven with the faith that all is gong to work proper,,, and that the other person meeting us is going to stay on his side of the road , not try to pass when we are in their way,,, or come around a curve at a high speed, and vary on our side of the road,, bam,,head on,, not good, and not to much of an out look! Yes , we can have that faith, each time we get in our vehicles,, enough sense to buckle up,,, anti-lock brakes, air bags, extra steel reinforcement,, steel banded tires,, yes we take all the precautions, except we cannot control the oncoming vehicle... we just have to have a great deal of faith , putting it in the hands of a fellow human being.. staying on that opposite side of that road,,, but!! Where is that faith in God? if we can have it in a human,, why not have more in God? no , we cannot even raise that of a mustard seed.. for if we did , we would see idiots out moving mountains right on top of us on that road.. or we would see a better nation..so,, I ask , as you realize what you are facing today on that road of life,, please make sure you have received the grace of Jesus Christ, before you get on that road of life, before you hear your "Whoose" of a close encounter or maybe hear nothing but a crash..
Join me now, as I bow my head and ask the Lord to be with me in all my travels, and that I know He will be with me, for I have that
FAITH IN MY GOD!

Prayer Request: For the family of 9 year old Eve Wilson,, who lost her life on Tuesday, after car accident last Monday. Her mother is in grave condition in the hospital.. please pray hard for this family.
FAITH
I have written about this word , many , many times. What stirred me again, was when I was driving home yesterday, and again this is an old story, but a true one, to me and to all who drive a car, or truck.

ANSWER THE DOOR!
TGIF- Friday- Plans have already been laid for the W/E! Now to make it through this day! Good ole W/E! Of all the things that most people get,, and the one they adore most is the W/E,, then if they are lucky, they retire,, guess what,, then each day is like the first of a week-end,, isn't God good? YEA! YEA!
Prayer Requests: Amanda Newby, who has had an operation on her leg,, may she have continued
improvement, and complete healing.
James Streetman, who has been under the weather and having a really rough time.
to continue to improve and get well.
ANSWER THE DOOR!
It is about 9:00 p.m... you are at home,,hotel room,,,someones apartment or their home,,,and a knock comes at the door,,,,usually all eyes turn to the entrance,,,and ears are turned in the same direction,,,then you ask,,,"Yes ,,,who is it?" The answer completely quiets the entire room...whether alone or with a multitude...it is so quite.......... not even the sound of a pin dropping.. The answer is,,,,,,"It is Jesus!"
Now,,, can you,,, or will you,,, open the door immediately? Are you prepared for Him to enter your dwelling? Do you need to move some magazines,,,re-program your T.V., turn off your music,, your computer? Do you need put up or hide the drinks,,,the other "stuff" you may be consuming, spray the room? Do you need to let someone out the back door? My goodness,,,where did I put that Bible,,,,quick!!! I must dust it off, and put it on a table near by ,,,oh yes and open it too!
Oh my,,,my,,,my!!!! Jesus is asking again,,,will you let me in?
Well are you??? or are you trying to hide,,, yes run for the closet,, be real quite and maybe He will go away....hush,,,hush!
He just patiently waits for you, and asks once more ,, Hello,, may I come it? Not just into your physical house,, but your spiritual body, the soul also!
So be sure and keep both in order,, to receive any visitor, for you never know when you will get that

RACE-CAR DRIVER FOR CHRIST!
Thursday- just a simple thought for today-
Today , as you get up and go out for your day,,, in your mind, stop, re-dress(in your mind).. and become "like" a race-car driver,, step into the race-car,, buckle up,, with helmet on,, press the gas,, and take off!... drive for each person you know that is "not" a Christian, and drive to win each one of these non-Christians that you pass on the track you are on today,, and drive not for second place, but for first place and the checkered flag of Jesus Christ,, and when you are finished with your day,, and you come home today from where ever or what ever you are doing,, you will set back , relaxed from knowing that you have won the race for God, and everyone liked how you were dressed and how you drove today.. just knowing ,, you were in the "Jesus Christ Race-car of Life", the one with the insignia of a cross painted on it.
Yes today! Yes that was you! Driving sin out, and bringing to the finish line, the word of God!
Good Race Today!

LET'S TAKE A WALK!
Wednesday- Well, did all have a great "yesterday"? I hope you did, and I hope you do a double enjoyment of this one today!!! As you climb up to the top of that weekly "hump", that slide to the week-end, slow down, and instead of sliding so fast through the remainder , STOP!.... and ...
LET'S TAKE A WALK!
When is the last time you looked at the road that runs by your house? Looked at it ,, and walked on it? Not to regular, I would think,, and that truth,,, is based on me.. When I decide to go to the Post Office ,, or the General Store here,, I jump right in that ole red truck ,, give that ole key a turn,, crank her up,, and here I go,,driving that 1/8th of a mile, (now that's round trip..) and I usually drop by on the way back and visit with a friend of mine. I feel like it saves time going in that ole truck,, and it does. But,,, I see where I am missing a lot. Just the ability to be able to get out,, is one thing I take for granted... exercise of the heart is another,, stretching the muscles, ligaments,, tendons.. keeping that ole back straight,, also it is "mind clearing" to walk,, didn't know that? It is one of the best things to do to clear the mind of stress,, self pity! Pulls that new air in,, old air out. It is the one of the best times to talk to God,, and Jesus,, give thanks for all you have,,, ask forgiveness of your sins.(yes ,that is something that we all have too) As you walk,, swing your arms,, smile a lot(even if the pain of not exercising is cutting you in half), speak to neighbors(don't worry, they are saying the same thing ,, who is that nut, smiling like he owns the world? Like you, they don't know their neighbors either), and they will wave back,, Now you have made two people feel better, you and them! After a brisk walk around your community, feeling that new air reach down farther into your lungs, finding space that has not been used for a while,,, the instant tightening of the body,, and most of all ,, the overall good feeling within,, that is two things you feel,,, God,, and a clearer, more relaxed brain,, Now , go ahead, and put on the walking shoes, and you and Jesus

Just walking along and clearing the mind,, wow, I just realized, I need about a two to three mile walk,,, what about you? Want to walk??? Walk in a group, fellowship,,, all of you,, with each other and God! Come on ,,let's walk right into Heaven, not race like the wind,,, let's enjoy!

LAMINS
Tuesday- God Morning,, as I walk out into this world of His, I am awed of the creations I see, and of all those He created that I see are the so many different varities of "man". I see from small, medium, tall, large, small, medium, lots of hair, no hair, part hair, dancing, jumping, leaning, whistling, just showing off,, young ones, grown ones, all creatd by him,,but stop,, we are made in His image,, aren't we all beautiful !!!!!! In His eyes,, yes we are!!!

Now tell me that our God is not the coolest!!! Amazing. The glue that holds us together.... ALL of us..... Is in the shape of the cross. Immediately Colossians 1:15-17 comes to mind.

For by him all things were created; things in heaven and on earth, visible And invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or Authorities; All things were created by him and for him. THE MAKING OF THE WORLD!
Monday- Not blue by a long shot! For what ever may be out there,,, one thing for sure that makes it bright and right, is that ,,, "whatever is out there" is God Almighty ,,, in many, many forms,, so be on the look out, and go forward with Him in delight, and enjoy the moment of time!

Just think,, on the day that God decided to make this world,,, He could have done like us,,, He could have just humped His shoulders,,, said ,,oh well, maybe I will cruise over to the Heaven Wal Mart! So , aren't you glad, He waited on Wal Mart, and went ahead with the job of making us a vacation spot to live our humanly lives?
I am so glad,, for now we all have got to know each other,,, love one another, pray together, thanking Him, who made us, and thanks for giving us this world, and another home (eternally) in Heaven... Such love!
So, now , why do we act so high and mighty that we don't shout out His Name,, instead of shutting it out... Is that a tear I see on His face? He is asking the same question,, of maybe,,, I should have gone,,

AIRLESS !
Sunday- Today, just think about accepting Jesus as your Savior. In any moment of decision , the best thing you can do , is the right thing, the next best thing , is the wrong thing,, the worst thing is to do nothing!

What if an airplane was 30,000 feet in the air,,, the motors stopped, and there was no thrust forward,, but just a temporary suspension, then,, then, the dissension! The plane at a speed almost as fast as light is hurling to the ground,, the pilot has it tilted so that it feels almost level, but you can tell it is falling, and to you not as fast as actually it is. You have just became "airless", nothing to hold on to, just gravity pulling you down, and you know this is your final time, no parachutes,, it would be a terrible thing for anyone to go through, for you know the outcome. One of death. When you boarded that flight, you boarded with a destination of enjoying the place you were headed,, with no expectations of ,, this is only for a short time, no warning,,, just fact, you are headed for your death upon this plane! Fact!

NEVER TO LATE
Saturday- Wake up to this great W/E,, get out of bed, shake the dream dust off, and get ready for some fun! God has made these days of yours to enjoy,, so don't waste them with a "lip down turn", "eyelids half closed",, "head down", "dragging out of bed"! Perk up, for some can't,, turn those lips up,, into a smile, open those eyes and see,,, hold that head high, jump out of bed with a bang! Now , you are ready to grab Jesus' hand and do some real enjoying.......
NOT TO LATE!
On this day of your life,, sometime today, it is not too late to invite Jesus into it, if you have not. If you already have accepted Him, it is also not too late for you to invite someone else to Him.
It is not only our duty to invite others to Him , but to live an example to others of Him!
So, when have you actually said to someone lately or ever,, "do you believe in God, have you accepted Jesus as your Savior?". Well it is time to do so,, God gives us chances around all corners of life, it is up to us to recognize them and act upon the chance to testify of His saving power.

I find it harder to retrieve , than to reach-out,, it is as if my voice just goes , puff!,, and there is no listening,, just a stare,, no reaction... It seems like me making cross' , they are easy to build, but hard to get them into circulation.. and they are free, just like Jesus.It is as if,, maybe some,, some,, are not wanting to hear,,, because then, they would have to show,,, maybe...........?

HOW CLEAN ARE YOUR FEET?
Friday--- Still Brrr! Get up out of that warm bed! It is hard not to get up,, and get out and enjoy these cold days. Just put on some layers,, and walk around and see ,, most has melted down here, but hot or cold,, believe it or not, the wonders of nature,,, birds and other animals that God is taking care of ,,,just as He promised, in the cold,, watching them find their feed,, and we fuss about having to hunt for it in a warm, overstocked grocery store,, with all we need in all areas other than groceries also.. so,, look out the window or get out in it for a while and watch God at work..
Prayer Request: For Raymond Cline and his family,, Raymond lost his brother to cancer last night, so keep him and the complete family in your prayers for their relief of grief.

Comments from Mother of LIttle Grace
Thursday- Welcome to one of Gods' days,,, what do you plan to do with your day? How do you plan to start the day? The government says to start off the day with a good healthy breakfast,, and and that is a fact,,but I say , start if off with a prayer,,,and that makes the breakfast taste even better!
The comments of Little Elizabeth Grace from her mother, and the testiomy from the mother, of her daughters strength,( and hers also,), I wanted to share this to each of you today,, please continue to pray for this little trooper!
Mr. John;
We’ve had a little excitement, but overall, Miss Elizabeth Grace is doing well. She had a little trouble with her regular scheduled MRI in early December; her tonsils are enlarged and blocked her airway, causing her to cough and move, preventing the MRI on that day. We were referred to a pediatric ENT and have a sleep study scheduled for next week to determine if the tonsils are causing her to stop breathing while she is asleep. If that is the case, we believe the doctors will remove the tonsils and adenoids to relieve this problem.
The MRI was completed 12/29 under general anesthesia and showed the tumor has grown 1/8 inch; so we restarted chemotherapy on January 3, 2011. We will go to Egelston weekly for chemotherapy treatments. Elizabeth Grace is in good spirits, and seemed to tolerate treatment well last week; treatment on Monday was postponed due to the weather; we have an appointment tomorrow afternoon for her next treatment.
At home, Elizabeth is 90 miles an hour most of the day; she has down times, when she sets tired and grumpy, but don’t we all? She is still a light; she has a room-brightening smile and an infectious laugh that are priceless. Through this journey she has taught us so much about grace and forgiveness; she has such a powerful testimony. I work to remember that when her strong-willed personality doesn’t match with mine. God has all the Glory in this; He is completing a good work in us through this. I can see His hand on us in all of this, and I remember that even when we don’t know the ‘why’ of our circumstances, we know the ‘Who’, and we trust His design and plan.

MONEY IS NOT THE HIGHWAY
Wednesday- I gazed into the sky,,, looking, and looking, for God! I saw the outline of the Moon, the Sun was warm on my face,, the white fluffy clouds just floated by with ease,, carrying a few gray ones with them,, no stars to be seen for it is daytime,, then a "just right" wind blowing a just "right" kind of breeze,,, I looked , and I looked! Then I saw a bird fly down to the ground, peck , then fly back to her nest, and feed her little ones,, a squirrel ran down a tree,, got a pecan, ran back up fast,, then stopped and looked right at me,, then I realized,, I had been looking at God all this time!
Prayer Request: For my former pastor,, Joe Allen who is retiring from leading the Centennial Association.. may the Lord continue to bless him and his family in this new area for Him,, for I know , in retirement, he will still be working for the Lord, for in that , he will never retire.. God Bless You , Joe Allen!
For our present pastors wife, Debs' mother who is sick,,,pray for her recovery also.
Gene Bachman,, who is still very sick, please pray for him and family.
MONEY IS NOT THE HIGHWAY
I turn on the T.V. and all the time I am watching,, there is a clip on how much the lottery is this day.. and not just one,, but many, many. I look at them and then I hear the President, and all the "elected" on the screen crying out how much in debt we are, then on a Sunday or any given time, I hear these evangelists on t.v. , crying out for all to come to the Lord(and this is good, to bring ones self) but bring your pocket books with you. Well if all would and could if they wanted to,, could knock down the national debt,,, send more missionaries to third word countries, and send thousands within our own nation, and all this could be paid in full, IF we all would send the money that is played on the lotteries,, and for one week send the money from the casinos of this nation , to a central place and distribute the sum out,, there would be no national debt, and like I said ,, missionaries would fill all of the cruise liners.. but , I know , who to send it to, and who would distribute it,,,, who to trust,,, human that is? It is a poor thought to realize that question.. just who..who do you send it to?
Then comes the time of tithing,, that money is like squeezing a steel ball,, you squeeze and squeeze , but nothing comes out,, but the lottery? Come on jump in, crank up and lets drive 10, 20, 30 miles and play , and play... Pant, like a hungry cat or dog for that "want of that big money",,, slobbering,, for it,, but when that hi-way of life comes to an end,, and it is time to go to the Lord, and through that eye of that needle,, well you know what is going with you,, right,, so if you are one of those who is on your knees worshiping that almighty $,,,, then
YOUR ARE ON THE WRONG HIGHWAY!
Lord, please continue to guide us down Your highway of life,, and realize that money is not the answer to happiness to any! amen

BOW AND ARROW
Tuesday- Make sure that today you not only worship God but that you ask someone to worship and pray to Him with you.. what? Why not? Then you have helped make a day,, not just use it!
Prayer Request: Little Grace: who has had a time of it,but remains "little Grace",,, full and ready for love to all.. She has had another MRI, and the tumor is back, & on the move,, she had chemo a week ago, another on for yesterday.. She could not breath when they started the MRI, so they took her to Scottist Rite,, her tonsils are huge,, and must come out,,they will do this after the chemo.. please , lets break down to the ground and pray for this little girl,, the trooper who has been through it, and continues to take battle again, against this dreaded tumor.. pray for her full recovery..
BOW AND ARROW!
Have you ever shot a bow, an arrow? It is one of the more personal way of protection that I know.. If you do it like in the Indian days. You make it yourself,, with the launcher (the bow), you string the bow, then you place the straight arrow, balanced , feather for accuracy of the aim,, pull with your strength, taking in a breath, holding it,, putting the eye on the target,, slowly letting the string go, and watching the arrow fly to the target. When it hits, it stays,,, only one way out,, completely through the target.
Christians should be like an arrow... straight, hard body, sharp tip, feathered shaft for guiding through life,, target,, GOD!... Be a bow and an arrow,, you make it by asking Jesus to come in to your heart, filling your body with the strength of strengths.. Your body becomes the bow,, the launcher,, then you reach out with the word of God,, your tongue is the string, as you tell the story of Jesus, and of His path to the Father, and His saving power..The arrow becomes Jesus, as you let go, and send Him to the target, the sinner, the un-saved.. yes you can be the complete weapon against sin,, by accepting Jesus Christ , and becoming the bow, the string, the voice, the shooter against sin just by shooting the
ARROW OF JESUS CHRIST,
RIGHT INTO THE HEART OF A SINNER!
God , thank You for giving us the way of our body and our mouth to send the message of Your Son and His saving power. amen

GOD PROVIDES
Monday- White , not blue , here,, we have about a 1/2 inch of snow and ice,, it's sticking on the trees, lines, fences and ground.. we are in for a mess.. let's pray for those who are in more need than us, for we sometimes tend to cover "us", when if we will just stay home for a couple of days,, we will be fine.
GOD PROVIDES
As with this day,, God will provide.. we worry , not as much as not enough faith,, but the actions of others,, love ones ,, who may be without heat, and you can't get there.. but still stay home, for if you go, then there is two in trouble.. God provided us in this nation with a emergency provider,, 911, so , don't abuse, but for the sake of others and for you , use it before you try it..
Prayer is working,, so use it also,, I want all to know, we have been through more than this, so here in the Ice , and all you north, east, west , of us,, have patience, pray , and use your head, for all others who are in good weather,, pray for all who may need you in and around here,,

QUESTIONS OF GOD
Sunday- Remember , if in our daily life we can smile, if we can be peaceful and happy, not only we, but everyone will profit from it. This is the most basic kind of peace work, so why don't we do more of it?
Prayer Request: For a little girl named Savannah,,(request from a friend of the brother of Savannah's' mother) about 11 years of age.. who has cancer of the left clavicle , she has undergone chemo and radiation, her mass has increased in size, and it is spreading,, showing up in her left calf, both arms, chest next to her heart, pelvis and spine.. pray to God for this little girl, and for her parents.. may He have mercy on all of them and give them strength in this time of their life..
QUESTIONS OF GOD
After the prayer request above, it makes me think , and I know a lot of you. who have gone through these things that little Savannah is going through.. why? Why does God take the babies, the young pre-teens, the teens, the young adults, the middle age, even the older? There is but one answer to this, no matter how much we question the decisions of God,, we should not question! Yes, that is right, not question, but restoreth our faith ,that what God is doing, is exactly what is needed to be done,, whether we can see the reason,, or not. I know the feeling of each of you on lost,, especially one of our readers,, and she has gotten through this faith, when nothing else, nor no one could help,,she turned to Christ,, she does not know the why, but the who and where her love one is and she will see him later in Heaven. This is FAITH,, what we all need durning these times,, but it is individual faith, and can be helped by the loved ones and friends who stand beside us.
So to answer this question of why, again is just faith in God, for He makes no mistakes , no matter what we think,, to get more of a satisfaction of this , find a solitude place,,get on your knees, and talk to your God, and then you will feel the relief of Him.. and then remember to accept and
NEVER QUESTION, OUR GOD!
God, even when we don't understand, we know You are right, all we ask is for You to give us relief and the knowledge to where we can continue to function until You call us .. amen

We cannot answer a lot of questions, and then that is where faith takes over, if you have it,,If you don't , then you need to be talking to God now! Just a little faith goes a long way,, maybe not as you see it,, but believe me,, what you ask for,,, is working in a way from God.

FOOD FOR SLEEP
Saturday- How will you spend your day? Will you do the things you want, alone, or with someone else? It does not matter, if it is just you, or you and your friend, as long as you take Jesus with you, then it becomes a real day, worth spending with yourself, friend, or the whole town!
FOOD OF SLEEP
I just read an article on how to eat into sleep.. yes ,,, eat to a good nights rest. I have a little trouble with this , since I am always trying to lose weight. They told of ten good foods and drinks that can put you to sleep. and keep you asleep all night. This is a change,, for most times , just grab a sleeping pill, or some kind of calming pill.. and that's' that. Now , we can,, with a good conscious , say,, hey,, we can't sleep,, so lets go get a banana smoothie,,made with skim milk, banana , and ice, blended , no sugar,, for sugar keeps you awake,, salted nuts,, let you sleep.. how about that? Cereal anybody,, as a late night snack,, or a cup of Japanese soup? I am getting to the point slowly,, so if you don't sleep at night,, have you stopped to think why? Is it because you are like me,, you set down in front of the T.V. in a recliner, and watch and sleep,, more sleep the older you get,, then after the late news, you get up stretch, yawn, and say, well, "I need to get some sleep,, goodnight to all" ,,, those who are looking at you so funny because the volume can be turned down for two reasons, the deaf one leaving, and the snorer,, has gone to bed.. whoa, he can't sleep,, wonder why.. then there is the one who is just a nervous wreck,, worrier,, all causes,,maybe conscious,, lost someone,,, right,, what to do? In all this , I never read, that a good prayer to God,, thanking Him and asking for a simple good night sleep, never appeared anywhere in those articles! Well here is one article it will,, after trying all the "gimmicks",, just try God,, He is the best

Had a good night of sleep last night,,, three hours in the recliner, the rest in bed.. Now for a good day of good dreams in my sub-conscience.. how did you fare last night? Need a "sleep help" pill? Go ahead and call out,, God is listening,, and costs nothing and you can take Him with out water.

REFLECTION TODAY
Wednesday- The middle day or the "hump" day! If you have climbed to the top of the hump, and ready to slide to the week-end , the way you will slide down the other side to the week-end,, is according of how you climbed to the top! When you climb a mountain, it is best to take a climbing friend with you. Did you take "Him" to the top with you? Now your slide down,, is really up to who the "him" was that accompanied you... to the top!
Prayer Response: I (Louise) have wonderful news. Our granddaughter, Amanda, is recovering well and is home. We want to thank all of you for all the prayers on her and our behalf. God is good. It looked really bad there for a couple of days, but all is well. A lot of people on a lot of prayer lists and prayer chains were praying for her recovery. Another instance where God answers prayers of His people.
REFLECTION TODAY!
Today, how about we all reflect on the pass seven days? Let's just sit down, open our book of life,, the one that God has been writing down the last seven days of our life. Oh, we are pretending He has lent His book of us , to us to reflect on how we did.. are you kinda scared? You know it is written by "ACTUALLY"! Remember , we are going to read the whole truth,, no skipping that little thing we did or didn't do.. That one, we didn't do what we said we would do,,or told our friend that we would not tell,, and we did.. the extra change we recieved, and kept. the cursing we did , out loud, or under our breath,,, the prayer of want, want, want , for ourselves, while that lost soul over that never had a prayer of help me , or testify to them... yes ,,this is the one accountability of real , solid ,, actually, TRUTH,, of your life, for the past seven days... WHAT!,,, NO! You can not go back and change anything,, it is done,, what is wrong,, did you remember something that was not quite right? Maybe you were somewhere you should not have been,,, oh my! What a predicament! What? , You only have gotten part way through the first day? My! My! I will leave it here for you to finish,, for I have my own to do today,, and yes I am going to stop and start praying for , forgiveness of some of the things I did in the last seven days as I also

I have some mirrors on many walls in my house,, and no matter which one I gaze into,, I see someone who is still working to serve the Lord in the best way I know,, who and what do you see? Still reflecting ,,huh? Enjoying your start of this day?

Praising The Lord God!

WIND
Monday- Well, back to reality! Christmas and New Years' Eve, has come and gone with a bang! Now for the count down to next year. I will have to say,, in Wally World,, the Valentines were not up yesterday! Can you believe it? There just might still be hope!
Prayer Request: For that son, who was raised with Him,, that has now gone to the ways of the family he has married into..may he return to his home roots of belief of God, and let's pray, he brings the in-laws with him.
WIND!
Lately, around here, we have had some real windy days.. not the blow down trees,& houses type, but a straight , gusty , make you push a little into it,,that kind of "wind". I have watched the trees slowly drop there leaves,, and wondered if they were going to make it before spring, then, here comes the wind! God keeps a close watch on His creation. I had been watching the yards , and how pretty the leaves were lying on it,, like a blanket keeping it warm,, then the wind again,, moving them to and fro,, some running close to the ground , only inches in air height,, then some swirling up,, up and then around,, 25, 50 feet from where they started, then back to the ground as if a magnet pulled them down, in a flash.. then , pow, another little breeze,, back up in the air,, but only some,, some stayed behind.. now how did they know,,, who went, and who stayed? It has to be the one who is doing the blowing! Just like you when you are using your leaf blower! Yes, God has his lips pursed and is giving little puffs, and some stronger puffs,, and in His delight , as the Angels watch with smiles,, probably jumping around in some of these whirls,,and God laughing out loud.. and He blows just the right amount to pick up the ones He wants to, and leaves behind the other leaves who don't get in the draft that God created... yes ,,, I had finally realized,, I had seen God at play!
Now , think you are like the leaves,, and the wind that God sends is Jesus! As Jesus swirls through our lives,, and as those who call out to Him to be saved,, just pick up and go with Him,, others who hold back, do not call out, are still laying on the ground.. waiting for the next breeze, the next trip by Him,, but why not jump on the first pass, than wait for the maybe,, mower with the mulcher (satan) to come along and tear you to streds, and then the chance to fly with your Lord is gone! Come on an make the decision to fly now and forever,, with the power that no mulcher can reach,, REACH,, REACH OUT,,, grab hold of that Swirl,,
THE JESUS WIND!
Lord,, we come to You with laden hearts,, asking for Your forgiveness, and also asking You to pick us up and carry us with You through this life and on to the Father. amen

As I fly with my Savior, I look down and I see a trail of tears,, His , for those who did not reach up, and grab hold of that nail scared hand.. will you reach on the next pass, for it will come just as soon as you call out,, so will you call, and be ready for that feeling as the breeze of Jesus swoops down, and lifts you up, and holds you forever, and ever.. how about it,,are you reaching, are you hollering,, choice,, choice!

WE , THE FARMERS!
Sunday- Happiness is not a station you arrive at,, but a manner of traveling.. so while en-route in your life,, turn those lips up, and not down,, you look better!
Prayer Request: The grand daughter of Jim and Louise, is doing better , and looks like she is going to make it. Thanks, from them to you, for the many prayers.
I would like to add,, God loves to hear from us daily and often, just a casual word or two,, He loves to converse with us all.. please try it, and often!
WE, THE FARMERS!
Farmer , me? Well most will say, "I have only grown some tomatoes",, maybe a plant from "Wally World", "well it was already planted ,, I just watered it"! But I still call you Farmers!
FARMER: one who plants agriculture, cultivates said crop,, also raises animals.
Gods' Farmer- one who plants His word into others,, then cultivates it, works the fields,, not for his own good, but, reaps in the crop for the Lord,, and raises his children to worship, and honor the living God.
You are the one who plants the seeds , and watches them grow,, and the one who cultivates the crops.. and you do do raise,, children, (not animals, althought we are ). So, you are in my eyes,, a farmer, of sorts.
Now , I ask the question,,,, are you a farmer or not.. maybe you misspelled it and you are a "framer" only.. one who professes his love of God, but only builds something that will not keep out weather, but lets all see right through at the real "so called farmer", and who finally just rots away?
NO! This "Farmer of God" builds from the "rock of a foundation", (God), and as your crop of God is born by faith, and starts to grow, and you cultivate it,, nothing can tear it down, not even satan with all of hell,, Gods' crops, never rot, they endure for an eternity! So lastly,, I ask again, are you
A FARMER? , OR JUST A FRAMER?
God, I pray a prayer for all to call out in faith to you and to Jesus, and all become farmers of farmers, cultivators of the crop that joins Your Son in the belief of and worship of You... amen

This "Farmer of God" builds from the "rock of a foundation", (God), and as your crop of God is born by faith, and starts to grow, and you cultivate it,, nothing can tear it down, not even satan with all of hell,, Gods' crops, never rot, they endure for an eternity! I see a field of workers in a vast land,, that has been tilted by Christians, and the cultivator of choice in their hand , a cross as the one that was on Calvary,, and they are holding them up,, and you can see the light of the Lord, shinning on all of those "Farmers of God".. come on,, make up your mind,, you are a farmer, or you are not... choice,, and now!

HAPPY NEW YEAR, JANUARY 1, 2011
Saturday- Happy New Year and God Bless each of you on the first day of this year, and the start of another decade!
Prayer Request: Our friends , Jim and Louise Frye's grand-daughter, Amanda, fell down a flight of stairs last night, and is in real bad condition, She has a concussion, two fractures of the scull , one real close to the spinal cord. She is in John Hopkins Hospital , in Baltimore...please pray for this girl's recovery, may God touch her, heal her at the start of this new year.. remember , prayer works,, so pray real hard!
