LANGUAGE

TUESDAY! Good morning to all of you out there waking up from sleepy land! I am on my second sip of coffee, and you know me,, my day is going great already,, God, and coffee, I am blessed, and oh yes , also retired, and loving it,, Just had to throw that in,, for when God is setting with you in what you do,,it just can't get any better ,, how about you asking Him to take a seat next to you this morning, ,,,, or anytime, I am sure He would like it more than you, for what I see around this world , He is not getting as many offers as use to!! What do you think?


Prayer Request: Tina Burnette,, in Ca. , pray for her to continue to recovery from her operation , yesterday.

Lee Shelton, in her start of retirement, Lee had been our devoted Post Master here in this little town of Yatesville, and she will be greatly missed, please pray that she will enjoy her retirement as much as we have!

LANGUAGE!

I was raised to never say an "ugly" , "curse" word in public, nor especially in front of a lady. I have had my mouth washed out with soap,,, also switched for doing just that, and after I was grown, I have use some of those curse words, but never in front of ladies,, and then I quit for two reasons, for God first, then second, someone finally told me why I, and all others, used them! Why? IGNORANCE FOR THE ABILITY TO USE OR CHOOSE ANOTHER GOOD WORD!,, JUST PLAIN IGNORANCE!

Now, as I listen to the movies,, I have to turn them off,, for the cursing, ( that is not necessary, for they use to make them, and just as entertaining, and no cursing and no, out right sex)... and I can't go through my Face-book without seeing words of "undignified" of those that use them, for the lack of anything else, and they do not make them look any bigger , nor any smarter for using them...and yes I can eliminate those from my Face-book, just as I change the channel, and not go to the bad movies... but I say this,,,

Let's go back in "time" , and not too long ago,, back before, the 1960 era started.... You did not have to turn off the radio, the T.V. , not go to a movie,,, magazines of dirt, was not visible, and not sold just anywhere, especially right out in the check out lines. and the language spoken in public, was that of good words,, not the trash you hear, walking down a street, nor in a store,, and from both sexes. Yes, back in time, you could go out in public as a family, go to the movies, to the soda fountains, shopping , watch T.V. on the couch , ALL OF THIS,,WITH ALL FAMILY MEMBERS, NO MATTER THE AGE OF EACH, TOGETHER,, but we can't, all we can do is try our best to clean up this "time" of our lives, and this did not just start on its' own... folks , this started in the homes, by who,, you answer this, and then


YOU START CLEANING UP THE LANGUAGE USED,, COMING FROM YOUR HOME,

BY PUTTING GOD BACK IN IT!

God ,. Help this nation, this world to speak, and to speak with a clean tongue, that they would speak in front of YOU, for someday , it will be re-spoken by the reading of the book of life,, in front of You, amen

CARRYING A HEAVY LOAD!

MONDAY! Well, as we arise to this day, of the Lords,, (yes , every day is His, on loan to us , a day at a time,,) how about doing some "missionary" work during your awake time of this day? Just bring up Jesus to at least three people (or more) in your conversations today. Will you do it? Will you put Him first , and fore-most? Hey,,, if people don't like you bringing up His name, their lost, but it just could be that little nudge they need to make "the move" ,, ,to Him,, so don't pass up a chance to lead someone to Jesus! O.K.?

PRAYER REQUESTS: Gregg Hill, 26, Lineman for Flint Energy, Reynolds , Ga. burned while repairing a line last Thursday during a storm.. He has been taken to Augusta Ga. Hospital for burns, , please pray for this young man, and also all those who put their lives in harms way ,as they go out to provide us with energy!



The Family of Jamey Livingston, who lost his life in a car wreck on Saturday. He had his two children with him and they survived... please pray for this family.. this is the nephew of the Livingstons' of "The Cross Ministry",, and first cousin of my Son-In-Law, Todd. Please pray for the survivors of this tragedy.

CARRY A HEAVY LOAD!

You know Jesus carried a heavy load, from the day of birth to the Crucifixion. A king wanted to kill Him as soon s He was born, people scorned Him, even priests of the churches of that day.. satan, constantly plagued Him while He walked this earth,, then the people crucified Him, yes the people. for the Romans really did not dislike Jesus, so they gave the choice of death or life to the people, and the scream was death! Then above all, He had to carry that heavy Cross to His own Crucifixion.. who being whipped like a common thief,or murderer,, and the only person on this earth that was never guilty of one sin, and that stands to this day,, the only sin-free person that has ever lived!
Now, I ask you, how heavy is your load of life? Is it to heavy to bare, to heavy to stop and help someone, to heavy to stop and pray, to heavy to testify of Jesus and His glorious Salvation.. to heavy to stop, and ask Jesus, can I help carry Your cross, in this day, and will you come into my heart and soul, be my salvation, save me,, take me, and use me? Again, I ask you to stop , and ask yourself this question again and again, for it never gets old...



Jesus will you come into my heart and soul, carry my heavy load of sin away, and set me free?

Lord, I ask that You give all the words to all who reads this to be a missionary for You, and to carry Your message to all that has ears to hear, hearts to receive... the want of You ,, amen

SUNDAY! Waking up with the Lord is so wonderful,, if you have not done this, ever, for a long time, or just not real recent,, then tonight , as you go to sleep, and you lay your head on your pillow, squeeze your arms together, and just say "God, thank You for this day, thank You for this freedom of this Nation, , thank You for this bed, & this night, and I ask You to sleep along side of me tonight, and as I wake in the morning, that You will be by my side,and rise and stretch with me, and start the day off, you and I together!",,,, and if you do this, then I guarantee ,, He will do just that!,,, and you will feel the difference of waking up with Him , rather than that feeling of something,, just without!

A bank is a place where they lend you an umbrella when the sun is shinning, and when it rains, asks for it back! Right?

FIRST PLACE,,, SECOND PLACE,,, THIRD PLACE,,, LAST PLACE!

Now we are all seeing on all the news,, Olympics, Olympics! All the competition,,, the races, the dreams come true, the dreams shattered, for some ,,, another time, for others, time has run out, for age has crept-ed in and drained the body of that much need adrenalin and muscle,,,and stamina,, Great joy for those who take the Gold,,, proud ones who get Silver, and yes I got the bronze... Three different feeling, of joy, but feeling of I finished, others, just happy, they were there in those competitions, and in the stands ,,, millions cheering on, with the same feeling of the ones on the field... well maybe close!
As you watch these games, do you ever wish that you were in them? Of course , we all have! We can close our eyes , and see us standing in the middle of that podium,, with the gold around our necks! We are seeing ourselves proud,, and with-in at that very time we are proud, and stand tall with-in!
NOW,, close your eyes, and say to the Lord, I accept you as my God, my Leader, my Trainer, My coach, and I will work hard as my body and mind will endure,, just for you! I will run this race of life,, with Your torch in my hand, Your words of truth and salvation on my lips, and run with courtesies to all, and with the other hand, I will be waving for all to follow me, on this race-track , this race-track of Yours,, from here to Heaven, and we all will run with all our might,,, our Bibles as our girths,, Jesus as our Savior, You our Light at the end to guide us and keep us on this track, ( the right track),,, right into Your Heaven, and we will not "just place", we will all arrive,,,,, receive "the gold",,,,,

ALL TOGETHER,,, IN FIRST PLACE, NOT ALL AT ONCE, BUT,, FIRST PLACE WHEN WE DO FINISH!

God,. thank You for all we have, and may we slow down in this life, enjoy it as You intended for us to enjoy, and give You all the credit and all the glory for what You have so lovingly ,,given each of us. amen

Just loving my God more, and more each day,, walking with Jesus,, with pride, and not only walking , but talking to others of Him and why He is by my side, and offering the invitation to them! How about you, have you chosen to walk with Him, and if so, are you inviting others. or just walking? It is called "witnessing"!!!!

OUR TEMPLE!

MONDAY! Open your eyes this morning,,, and see,,, that God has given you this day, yes another one,,,, and pray to Him, & give Him,,, thanks for it...for He is God, and could have done anything ,,,like make another world, for He is that great,,,yet ,,, HE choose to give you, me, and millions of others, life, another day!
Now after you have given Him thanks,,,, arise, and walk through your day, taking Him with you! Don't see Him ,,talk to Him,,, and then dress, and walk off into the day,,, leaving Him behind!!!

PRAYER REQUEST: For the healing of all those from that awful shooting spree in Colorado, for God to heal the hurt of those wounded, and the survivors of those that lost love ones...for those killed, are with Him now, and that , we can be thankful for..but pray,, pray,,, for God is the only healing power!

OUR TEMPLE!

Where is your temple? Where do you go to pray? Does your temple have a steeple? How about the outside? Is it kept up, or does it look ragged, worn, run down,, and the inside, not kept up, looks like it is dieing, almost "un-nourished?

Yes, if you have not figured it out, WE ARE HIS TEMPLE! He lives in us, and for us, and we worship Him, from with-in. I don't mean , churches are not temples, but they are there to go and worship Him and fellowship with other Christians also, but our bodies are "The Temple".. and we are to care for it in a loving, caring way... don't put crazy things in it, but only healthy things,,,,I am guilty of being the biggest abuser of most... during this life, an even now, but we must all come to grips with ourselves, and try to keep this temple clean , complete, and kept up,, overall, for we have invited Him into it by request, and we must care for it for Him,,, as He cares for us...

Well why not? Do you care for your home? Do you carry a bucket of mud into the living room ,,and dump it in the middle of the floor, do you take rats into your kitchen, sleep with snakes,? NO, you clean , you put doors, floors, windows , roofs , and you keep varmints out... so why not your body? Answer,,,you should,, we all should...

KEEP OUR TEMPLES CLEAN , NOT FOR COMPANY COMING, BUT FOR THE ONE WHO DWELLS WITHIN!

God, I pray that You will give me, and all who reads this, to give only the best to our temple..our bodies, amen

Remember, God, loves all the people,,, He never hates anyone! Well, then , how does some have so much, some have enough, some have nothing? By your faith in Him , the acceptance ,,, that He knows what He is doing! That is the answer!

It is faith, that you accept His plan, and it is faith that you continue to follow Him, through rain, sleet , snow, hot, up's, downs, pain, happy... trust in Him,,, & when you question Him, you are not following that faith, and that faith means,,, no matter what!
Yes, we all would like to be rich, in this world, but we must have the faith, that when we accept our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, we have just become the richest person on this earth, except those others who have accepted Him also..so you see, God does love all the people, for HE gives us a way to Him, through His Son, and who can ever say, they gave their only Son to save the people of this world of their sins?
So with the love from God, of the giving His Son to for our sins, and us the choice to accept it or not, shows, that God is looking at the next step for,,,, not riches of this world,, but that of Heaven,,,the choice of

HIM OR HELL,, AND THAT CHOICE ,,,IS FOR ALL THE PEOPLE! Poor, Rich, Sick, Healthy,,,FOR ALL!

HIS PLAN, AND HIS ALONE, WE MUST JUST HAVE FAITH!

Believer in that we have what we have planted, and the harvest we have is of our own doings here, but the harvest of Jesus, is the great of all,,and I have accepted Him, so I know that I will be in that Harvest of The Son, when that time comes, Are you? MOM, AND HER LOVE!

SATURDAY! Waking up with that aroma of coffee , filling the air, and I am thankful, as I remember my Mom getting up, in the winter,,, going to the cook stove, starting a fire in that old cook stove, in a cold kitchen,, making the coffee in an old drip-o-later,, then going to the other room, and stoking the fire up to a good flame , so when we all woke up, two thing would be happening, the living room would be getting warmer, and the smell of coffee,,, would start running through-out the house,,, then we would hear Dad's feet hit the floor as he went for that first cup of coffee,, as we kids, would open our little eyes, with a smile, for that aroma then meant two things , warm living room, and Momma was cooking eggs, sausage, biscuits, and milk gravy,, mmnn! ,, even though we were just 5 and 6 , we got coffee, half and half, and my mom would , after all this would be looking at Dad,and all of us,, there was 5 kids at home then, with a smile! The same smile I saw on her face at church each and every-time she was there, and folks , that was every time the door opened!! Yes, I was raised not just a Christian, but in a Christian home, and taught the love and works of God in that home, each day,,, for that is where that strength for my Mom came from , to get up each morning and do the things she did for her family with a smile and love from her heart as she did, for her strength that came from the God she worshiped, each and every day of her life, just made her stronger,,, and us also. God bless the Mothers of this world,, for they are all truly a gift from God, to every man,, and this man is thankful for that ......

I woke up this morning, prayed to God for my thoughts ,,,, took a sip of coffee, and the aroma from that cup was an inspiration of the above story, which is true, from this "old little boy",, that grew up on that little cotton farm,,, way back in the country of Vinemont, Alabama.. with a true heritage,,,, thank you all for reading and I pray that you also have a remembrance of a memory as I!

God, please bless all those Mothers in this world, and all those victims in that awful shooting in that theater in Colorado... amen

Now, does he get there? ONLY,, if you let him! How do you keep him out? It is simple and yes,, really simple , but we make it sooo hard....Just ask Jesus to keep him at bay, on the outside, put him on the skids,,,get satan in Jesus' name, and yes , he is gone,, but not too far..... He will run, but for just a short distance , and then look out, when you drop just a little faith,,, he will come back in, and start ,,,right where he left off....so,,YOU,, must keep the faith, keep Jesus in your heart at all time, then go out and live , by the word of God, by His laws, and satan can knock, jump , do back-flips, scream , so loud , the trees shake, but no, with God and Jesus with-in our heart and minds,,,, satan , cannot and will not enter... soooo,,,, Your request, "your Call",,, and yours alone, as to whether you choose to

NATURE

THURSDAY! Waking up, throwing the covers off, sitting up, smiling, because I feel the rush of life going from rest, to consciousness, the life of God that wakes me up, and flows through my veins, making me anxious to the adventures of His, and my day, again! How did you wake up , with or without Him?

PRAYER REQUEST: Karen Bates, who will be having ankle surgery today, please pray for this young lady, and the doctors who will be preforming this surgery, and her recovery to be real soon.

NATURE

There are things about Him that people cannot see .. But since the beginning of the world those things have been made easy to understand by what God has made. Romans 1:20

Nature is God's first missionary! Most all denominations of the belief in God, send out their missionaries,, all over the world.. carrying the message, "God is real, Jesus is real, and both are alive, and God is the one, the only God"! Yes, the Bible tells us all to be disciples of Christ, send out and spread the word, and we do, most all ,, that is... but do we ever use God's creation , as an example...for that is"NATURE" ... It is a direct statement , from God, that "YES, I AM REAL!" AND REAL , HE IS!

Can man make a tree,, no , but he can plant one,,, who made the seed? Can man make the rain,, he can make a fog ,by running hot water in a room, but no, he can't make it rain, look at the droughts,,, can man make the air we breath, no ,,but he can ruin it,, can man make the body, or duplicate a fingerprint,, or the dirt we walk on? No! Do you remember hearing this said, "better buy that land, they don't make anymore!"? Well why don't they? They can't, they don't know how,

God made it all!!!! Now use it to wittiness of God, use it to bring the lost to the green pastures of His ,, for there food will abound, water will be of no use, for thirst will cease, use this nature to show people how great He is, to have created so much,, and all for you, and for me... and then ask the big question, "who made this all,,

THIS NATURE, AND THE ANSWER IS YES, GOD ALMIGHTY DID! NOW YOU, BE THE NEXT MISSIONARY!

God, thank You for the earth, and all that is in it, and I pray that You will give us the knowledge to stop tearing her down,, and start enjoying her bounty, for I know if we will just have faith, You will provide, and I ask that all know this.. amen

WEDNESDAY! HUMP DAY! For those pushing to the week-end, me, a day at a time, just as the Lord meant it to be,, and sometimes it takes getting old to realize just how to enjoy those days, and that is the real trust and faith in your God,, Go ahead on this day, no matter the age, and accept and worship, and live each day, as He wants you to live it, not as you want it!,, get the idea?



POLITICS!

This nation is in one the worst economic times since the great depression, really worst, because back then people knew how to have gardens, sew, make other things to survive, now days,, they don't , so being unemployed is worst,, Jobs are scarce, people living off unemployment, some glad, some sad,,and it is the sad ones I think about, ,The ones who want and are willing to work, at also most anything, to keep pride, and to feed their family, and house them.. they are trying, so desperately.... Pray that this turns around, for them, and this Nation!

Now, for the biggie, look at all the millions being spent on the election of the president! and then look at the federal senators, and legislators, then state level, the governors, the state representatives, the mayors, the judges, the council people,,,, crazy money for just to represent us? Do these jobs pay that much? Does a president make 100 million dollars a year, do those who contribute millions , thousands, 100's of dollars, do they get a kick back, and in what way? It has got to be something there , that I don't see,,, for they are running to make things better, yet,,, I don't see anyone of them taking off ugly commercials, lies on each other,, to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, help pay health costs,(no we don't have to do that now! thanks to Obama care)give to the needy, the real needy, a place of shelter, give to the schools for teachers, and buildings! Just one , one commercial would feed thousands, and to think our REAL LEADER, once fed the multitude, without the want , of anything , except to serve, and save! Folks, billions, yes BILLONS, are spent of these jobs, open to the public, NO, for we cannot afford to run for them!

We will never see a politician, that will be anything but greedy for the job, and the prestige,,, or will we? What do you think ? I am going to pray , that our nation return to God, and that means all you liberals, pot smokers, drug dealers, crooks, and professional wel-fare recipients also,, that you see the light with all of the rest of this great Nation, and start to work on putting God back in charge, and I say vote, where you don't have to go to the polls,, just on your knees, and you will get better results from that vote,, than any other I know of! How about it?

A VOTE FOR GOD, IS A VOTE FOR REALITY, AND SUCCESS! VOTE ALL OTHERS OUT!

God, please save this nation, and put only Your people in office, take all others out, and God ,,thank You for the rain here, and I pray for rain in those drought regions, that are baked to the earth cracking open, give them rain, if it is Your choice, amen

TUESDAY! Woke up late this morning! Wow! When, you do retire,,, you will love it,, We are so blessed by our God, to have the life of a free person, in America, and the choice of who we believe in,and who we worship,,, and I want to start my morning off with this, I believe in my God, and I worship only Him.. and I will stand by that with my life! How about your start of the day, who did you wake up with, and who do you worship this day?


Giving Thanks!

Like above, have you given thanks this morning or even lately,, I mean , besides, a "Thank God", when something spectacular happens, or you are doing something, and it suddenly happens,, then,, the old,,, outburst "Thank God",, no , folks, you might disagree with me but ,Ha, this is not talking to Him ,,but just a saying ,just as "all heck" is...so don't use this as your communion with God,, I mean,, HAVE YOU GIVEN THANKS TO YOUR GOD LATELY! Have you stopped at the start of your day, some-where in-between the day,,at a meal, just a resting moment, and honestly, and reverently talked to YOUR GOD, the one who made you, gave you life, gave you this world, the air your breath the ground you walk on, and the tongue, and mind to speak...really talked and said, thank you God, for all I have, no matter what you are going through,, yes talk to Him, giving thanks, and having the faith ,that He is there and He is listening, to not only the thanks , but all that other stuff you have been saying, and doing this day, past, present, and what you will do in the future, so can you start today, and from time to time ,, PLEASE take time to just

STOP, AND GIVE THANKS TO YOUR GOD?

God, this moment, this day, I give You thanks for all I have, and for just being My Creator, and the One and the Only God .. and that you are , (even shared with all,) mine,, and I thank You for Jesus also. amen

MONDAY! Hallelujah, another of Gods' wonderful days! Now , as you awake on this day, grab your sandals on the way out to where-ever, and as you walk, just kinda look over your shoulder,, see the tracks you are leaving, and also see the ones beside yours,, and make sure you have invited the one who leaves sandal prints, and not hoof-prints! Get the idea,,, well it's who you ask to come along.. so you stop, and ask the other one, if the prints are not whose you want them to be, that is your responsibility, mine is to re-mind you , that the scandal prints are the ones you want, and need, to get to where you will need to be heading to,, in the future,, so start out with Jesus first, and son live by chance,, get the message here?


After praying , I feel like that the words above are enough for each of US, to think about of how we should start our day,, live our day, close our day, sleep after our day,, and that is with

JESUS CHRIST,, THE SON OF GOD, AND OUR SAVIOR , BY OUR SIDE,,

EACH DAY WE ARE GRANTED HERE ON THIS EARTH!

As I look behind me , I am glad to say, that now in my life , I see sandal prints, and my life feels like it is alive,,, , before it was just living.. With-in your heart , who do you have with you, day and nigh, at all times? Make a choice , it is yours,, to make !

REACHING!

SUNDAY! THE LORDS DAY! He made this world in six, and rested only one, then was back at work,,, running us, the world, and the universe,, and we can't , just not, rest that one day also? Are we not thankful , just keep on ignoring Him,, even when there in no ox in the ditch? Kick back, do what you enjoy doing, for that is not work, to me, but enjoyment of life!!!! Have a great God's Day, and enjoy Him to the fullest, this day of His!

I reach for the SON, on my tip-toes... from a kneeling position, a sitting position, a standing position, a lying position, but I reach to my God, and my toes always turn down, like ready for the flight...have you ever seen a bird go into flight..well, I reach,,, with my toes turn down , ever so lightly...are you prepared for flight? From Here to there is where,, do you know where your "there" is or going to be,, ,I know where mine is , and am very definite in the knowledge,, for I know my Lord, and Savior, do you?
I ask , have you been reaching up, by having accepted Jesus,,, are you sure of your path?
If you are, then tell someone else of your conviction, don't just keep it to yourself,,, cry out, tell the old , old story of Him and His saving Grace,, and let them know of your faith, by your action, and your talk,,, every once in a while, look to the Heavens, and with an arm ,,, or both

Prayer Report & Request: Mille has a place or spot on the bottom of her lung that has collected some fluid from re-flux.. and this causes really great pain, the doctor is treating her, and it will take some time to get better,,, and right now she is in pain ranging from 8 to 10 on the scale of 1 to 10.. please continue to pray for her healing, and relief.

"Little" Maddie Tenney, who is laid up with stripe throat, and has just moved to a new place, please pray that she will be up and around soon. Well, and making ready to search out her new environment! Get well quickly Maddie!

THURSDAY! Good day, to all,,, on this great morning! Give thanks for not only this day, but what you have, and are about to receive... Get out there and enjoy what God has given you, & have a good, and great day, another of Gods great gifts to us! Prayer Request: For Meagan Gaffs , Will, that the Lord will be with him , and console all that ails him. Amanda is home,, thanks for, and please continue to pray, for her, and Wayne. BRANDED! A mark of identification, of ownership: Most people associate "brand" with that of the old time ranches, that branded their cattle to help in the identifying of theirs, vs others, because of open range. At times, lots got branded that did not belong to them... now also , slaves were branded from the biblical times for sign of owner-ship until the times of slavery here, and in some countries , it is still a custom... Now , are you not glad to live here in this nation? I want to illustrate a different type of brand,, and it is some-what peculiar... it is on the bottom of your feet! Have you ever pulled off your shoes, looked at the bottom of your feet, see the marks of your shoes? Well, I saw a picture of a young man who went bare-footed, and he was limping somewhat, and as he stopped, he looked at the bottom of his foot, and there were long marks , burnt marks on the bottom of his feet... now another young man walked by this young man , walking straight, and not limping at all... and the first young man asked him... is it not hot here, on the bottom of your feet?,, Look at mine,,there are stripes of burnt marks on them, and they hurt! The second young man said , "no mine are not burning, they feel cool and comfortable,,,see,, and as he showed him the bottom of his foot, there was an indention of a cross on it,,and the second young man said to the first young man, you see , it is were we both are choosing to walk, come and choose this path that I am on, as he pointed to the cross, walk with me and HIM, and let your feet be cool,, and well... So, the moral to this story, is: just who are you walking with this day? TWO MASTERS!

WEDNESDAY-Good ole "Hump" day! All are somewhat of mountain climbers,stressed from Monday to Wednesday , just climbing to the middle of the week,, reaching for that "over-the" top of the weekly mountain, and the slide down to the W/E, and the slide is stressful also, for you have had to plan, and you are not sure, your plans, will pan out, just the way you planned! Now, God did not mean for your life to be only two days per week,, He planned them as a day of life, each day as it comes,, to enjoy daily. Do yourself a favor, drop the stress of each daily step of climbing to the W/E, and live each and every day, make life count! God made you, and He did not miss the mark of you enjoying this life, that He gave each one of us, so enjoy, enjoy! Be a flat-lander all week long, and quite mountain-climbing! Prayer Requests Answered: Amanda, coming home today, will take antibiotics for weeks,, and then back for a re-check, pray all goes well for her... and we all are glad she is coming home! Millie, home, going to her doctor on Thursday to get the results from all the testing in the hospital, and pray all goes well with her... glad you are home also. TWO MASTERS? Man is man, starting from the "Garden", we have listened to others, and yet we don't listen to others...make sense? Well , I will put it this way,,, For the love of money is the root of all evil,,, and the love and acceptance of Jesus Christ is the only, and I repeat,,, the only way to Heaven, God! Which one rots,,, and which one endures forever, and which one do you follow? MAN CANNOT HAVE TWO MASTERS, FOR HE WILL LOVE ONE, AND HATE THE OTHER,,, CHOOSE YOUR MASTER TODAY, AND CHOOSE WISE,, FOR IT IS FOR,,, AN ETERNITY,,, this choice of yours! God I pray, that all will make the right choice , of You, over all other so called masters of this world, and that they know that You are the only Master for Man, for You are the creator of all those other riches,and that you made them, so you can destroy them., and may all men realize this...amen John HIcks I have what I have, and that is Jesus Christ in my heart and soul, and know who my God is,and that makes me the richest of all.. who is your master? THE GOOD, THE BAD, ADN THE UGLY!

TUESDAY! Wow! Monday was great, I hope you had a great one too. Nothing extra great, but God gave a burst of energy, above that of normal, and got to work in the shop for quite a spell.. even soooo hot, it felt good, and today, a repeat of yesterday, and you know who gets the credit? Yes, God! Did you feel Him in your works of yesterday, and the starting of today? First,,, stop ! Close your eyes, and just let ones self go,, then you will feel Him as you relax, and just know He is there,, and while your eyes is closed, in reverence to Him, give Him a thank you, will you, I just did, and again,,, WOW! It feels so good. Thank You Lord! PRAYER REQUEST: For our "Miracle Mille" Billingham, who was admitted to the hospital yesterday,, as follows: (a message I received from her husband)Here is that prayer request for Millie, who was admitted to Washington Adventist Hospital early this morning(yesterday) for observation and tests. Last night she had very bad pains in the left side of her back and her left arm. She called her heart doctor, who recommended that she go to the ER. They decided to keep her for the observation and tests. Please keep her in prayer. (From me, I ask that you pray for Millie, for she prays for all so hard , when they are in need, and reaches out to others so far, and is always asking for Gods' help , above her own, to others.. Thank you all for your prayers of every request, for prayer is our way of talking , directly to our God. THE GOOD!, THE BAD , THE UGLY! Clint Eastwood, right? Well, I feel like it is this world.. for as I turn on the news , or Face-book, I feel like there is just this! I see and I hear,, both ,,, posts of Ugly , and then of God, Of Jesus, then another of Ugly and Bad signs,, hand in hand,, so why don't I turn it off? It is as we are, suppose to do,,, to reach out ,we must integrate some with these we want so desperately to come all the way to Jesus and salvation! I love these people, and I ask,,, do you, or do you run from them... or do you delete them from your page,, turn your head, don't speak to them , turn your nose up to them as if you are better than they? I don't! I hurt , when I see it,, but I close my eyes, and say to my Lord " Please give me the strength to stand as You did in the wilderness, and on top of that mountain ,when satan offered you all, and You stood firm for the Father,,, just give me the same strength to stand against satan also,,,and to continue to pass on Your word to all I come into contact with.. and love all , as You did... Yes, I will continue to write, I will continue to speak out,, I will continue to wittiness, and I will continue to love, and not hate, for they are His also, just on the the wrong side of the wrong one , for now! BUT it is up to us, AS AN EXAMPLE , to try our best to bring them back to JESUS, NOT FOR NOW AND THEN, OR WHEN IT IS CONVENIENT,, BUT AT ALL TIMES, FOREVER! MONDAY! As we wake on this Monday morning,, let's all go out into the day and let's take Jesus! Let's go to, and do, what-ever He wants to do, and go. I am willing, and I am at this time, making the invite, ,,, see you out there,, Are you also sending an invitation? May our Heavenly Father bless you and keep you safe and within His arms this day , and forever! FRIENDS, AND THEN! Friends: Close , personal companion. We all have "friends",, as we call them,,, and you can see the definition of one. Now ,to add to that,, you have these type also,,, very, very close, close, good, fair, sunny day, cloudy day, and then the ones who matter... and then the best friend of all, the only one who is always there, never fails, holds your hand, in both laughter and grief, sets by your bedside when you are sick, gives you only good advice, will jump over the cliff with you, not push you,,, wade the deep water at your side, and hold the current back so you can walk to the other side,,,, go with you from here to where-ever , and will aways be there for you, no matter what the circumstance. Now just where do you find this friend? On your knees, usually, and there is where the friendship starts, for while on your knees, you just call out, once the call is made, so the "friendship" starts,,, and then off,,, on "life's trip", the two of you , for once made, His friendship is forever and ever... Yes, I am talking about, and I'll bet you have already guessed, THE ULTIMATE FRIEND OF FRIENDS, JESUS CHRIST, THE SAVIOR OF THIS WORLD, AND YOUR FRIEND! FROM MY SLEEP!

SUNDAY! As I slip from a slumbering sleep, and my eyelids slip slowly open, my mind starts to awaken ,, I feel my heart start pumping harder,,, then my muscles start to tighten as I raise my arms ,then my body, and then I have to rub "the sleepy" out of my eyes to full "awaken-ness",,, I sloooowly start to smile,,,why the smile? I know that my God has let me go to sleep by His hands for a good nights rest, and with these same hands, He has shaken me, ever so lightly and raised me back to "awaken-ness" ,,, just as one day he will raise me to His and my Heavenly Fathers side, and then the smile just gets bigger,,as I go ahead and slide my feet to the floor, and head for that cup of coffee! Yes, me and Jesus ,off to the kitchen, side by side. How did you wake up this great God's day? Did you just wake up, thinking of YOUR daily wants, or did you wake up also smiling, and thinking of Him, and also thanking HIM, for just being there to start your day also? SATURDAY! Welcome to another of Gods' great days! I hope all have awaken, , feeling good, and satisfied with yourself! Knowing that you are His, and that you are the most precious gem to Him, and to Him you shine brighter and bigger than any of all the stars, for that is what YOU are to HIM, a bright and shinning STAR! Wow!,, You didn't know you were so famous, did you? Well, you are, so now that you know , go out there in this great day of His , with Him, and enjoy it to the fullest! PRAYER THANKS: To God Almighty, who has answered all those prayers... THANK YOU GOD! MY ROCKET SHIP! No, it is not that of a NASA building, nor is it shaped like one... My rocket ship is shaped like a cross...Yes it has an engine , more powerful than a locomotive, and that of any NASA rocket that was ever made or even thought about... my navigational instruments, are true to the target, they are non-tear-able-- they are guaranteed to work, at any given time,, the accommodations are first class, my captain, the best, for it is His personal ship... I just cling to Him, and He does the rest, and upon arrival, I am celebrated with a host of angels, family, and old friends,,, and then, and listen to this,, the Captain, not only delivers you, but He stands next to you, after landing, at judgment, and takes care of all the unwanted baggage,, that of sins committed, He absorbs them all, paid for long, long ago... Now ,you tell me , not imagination, but is this not a heck of a good trip, when that time comes,,and a question to you, would you like a seat on the same ROCKET SHIP TO HEAVEN ? You can, if you accept and believe in Jesus Christ, for that is the only, ,and repeat , THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN,, TO STAY IN HEAVEN IS THROUGH HIM, AND HIS SAVING POWER! MORNING , AWAKING!

FRIDAY! TGIF-TGED! As I awoke this morning, I got up thank God for being there with me, went and made the coffee, then I stopped, listened, and guess what I heard? Nothing! I thought, this is what God made the night for. To go out and listen to the night sounds , outside, then into the night , the quiet for our rest,,,yes our rest. His? , always awake, caring for the world, for it is not rest all over the world,, for the sun shines somewhere on this great planet at all times, so God cannot rest,,,Is it not wonderful to have this cool , quiet time of life, to just close our eyes, in faith, and sleep, and when our bodies are ready, His automatic wake up alarm goes off in our mind, then our hearts picks up its' rhythm, bamn, bamn,, , our breathing picks up, we feel the air expand into our lungs, and our chests are full and lifts upward as it is filled with the precious air of life,,, , and then we exhale,, and then, our eyes open, ready , for another day...Now,, is God not only powerful, but is He not the best of "good" ever? Yes He is,!, Now with a deep sigh,,, smile real big,, and say a big ole ,,,"thank you God" ,,, as you get out of bed this morning, on this,,, another of His days..! If you read the above, think about it today as you go about your business, and reverse the time, and think , Hey!,,, He is also caring for me , during the day also, just like the night, and is always here no matter,, even.. when no one else cares,,, He is there always..right beside you! YES, HE IS A GREAT AND LOVING GOD, NIGHT OR DAY! AND HE IS MY GOD! How about you? Do you lay claim also? WHAT HAVE I DONE LATELY?

THURSDAY- I hope all of you had a great fourth of July, and celebrated it in the way you would have, if you had,,, God beside you. OH? Yes, I just know you did! Of course , I eat too much, I set around and did nothing,, my sugar is high this morning, BUT,, I sure enjoyed it! Now , to finished the thoughts, and ugh,,off to the treadmill, the bike, the cardio workout, an then to the shop,,,,oh well ,,,isn't that what "freedom" is all about, you bet it is,,,,Have a great God's day, and enjoy,, enjoy! WHAT HAVE I DONE LATELY? What have we done lately? For God? Not ourself? For God, and God only? Good question,, huh? Did you thank Him , for Him... did you talk to Him, WITHOUT asking "things" for you or someone else? Yes , a lot of question marks,, and only YOU can answer them Well? Take today, and think about just that question,,, ponder in your heart, and thank of all the prayers God gets every second,,,and He goes through them, and asnwers them at a choice good for all, as He sees the real need, but us answer them all or just a few,,,, we would screw them up, big time,,, if we had the chance to answer them. Just think ,,,,how would God feel if, He heard someone just saying, "Thank You God for all You give us, and all You do for us, thank you so very much,I love You, amen"? Can you close your eyes , and see the smile on His face? Can you pray this prayer,, in sincerity, with-out a little something lurking in the back of your mind? Well can you? and also ask yourself ,,,this question ... JUST WHAT HAVE I DONE LATELY, JUST FOR GOD,,AND GOD ALONE? Lord, I pray to You this day, saying simplely, Thank You for it all...amen John HIcks His Servant. Who do you serve? You cannot serve two masters, for you will love one, ,and hate the other. Thank God for our heritage, and let's all pray on this day, that God will continue to bless us, and let us keep this freedom, from our forefathers, and from Him. Fever has been down to normal for two days now, but doctors have not determined where the infection is exactly at.. so pray for the Dr's. to find this , and continue to treat her correctly. TUESDAY! Good Morning to all ,,, I hope all had a great "wake up" this morning, and are bright, full of the Lord, and ready to go out into this world this day, and share your Lord, and that,, that Lord be Jesus Christ, and not a worldly lord! Well? Your choice of sharing this day, so make it right! Have a great day! Prayer Request: Ruth Mulling, who had another stroke yesterday , she has been transferred to the hospital in Macon.... please pray for Ruth, and for her husband Tommy also... THIS NATION , UNDER GOD! As I travel around this area,, I see lots, and lots of churches,,, different denominations, and when I traveled in my work, before retiring, I can remember all the churches I would see along the highway.... I see more in my area, than most countries have all together... This is OUR Freedom in this Nation, these United States of America,, and this is why we are a NATION UNDER GOD? I ask this , then why, are we having so much political distress, greed among our leaders, our ownselves, greed of our banks, (get bigger, more capitol. ,,more money), and our "everyday " people grasping for , well just to stay afloat..jobs, food, gas, cool, warmth,, basic needs.. then why? if we are a Nation Under God! I can't answer this ,, except for one statement... Maybe, just maybe, we are just using it as a phrase.. and not as truth! Could this be it? We are letting it slip by the way side, ,for worldly goods,, that will deteriorate over time, & have we forgotten what this really means to be a Nation Under God? Tomorrow, we will celebrate our Nations Independence, and we must think where did this come from and who do we give the real credit for this Independence , this Nation Under God,, to Him,,, or did we do it.. no, for without Him there would be no nation.... My reasoning of what this means,,,,, UNDER , is not beside, not with Him at convenience, but under Him,,, at all times, through fruitful times , famines, clear skies, storms of horror..stand with Him, never faltering , and live by His rules, not ours. Yes we have laws, , but we break those, we get hit by man, we break His, and we die,,, yes,,, die a spiritual death, for His judgment is swift and true,, no lies at HIS judgment, just what you have done, how you have lived,, put before Him, and that is also what we have committed to as a nation,,, to abide Him first, then our own laws, but Him first. Now for the big question, are we really A NATION UNDER GOD, WITH HIM FIRST AND AT THE HELM! PHRASE, OR TRUTH? Our Nation is not gone,,, but it is not going at a real steady gait! It is walking slow, knees bent just a little, going up-hill, breathing hard,,,,, but ,,, wouldn't you , if you were carrying all those free-loaders in Washington, from the highest office to the so called , law makers , the judges who have us in mine on all decisions(?), Lord help us,,,, but , we must have faith in our Lord, our God, for He has a plan, we just don't know what it is,,, BUT,,YES A REAL BIG BUT,,, I KNOW THAT I AM IN HIS PLAN,, FOR I AM IN HIM! How about you, who are you looking to? Washington, or God..Maybe we are looking at the wrong problem!I read an article on Face-book , by Steven Blanks, and this is a re-counting of what he said, that is sooo true,,, and I believe he will not mind sharing this wih all of you... for I agree with him 100%!

"Gotta love all these people blaming the nations problems on Obama. I don't like his policies either, but it is a fool that thinks things will get better after he is out of office. We the people are to blame for this nations downfall. This nation was founded on Christ's policies, and we have failed to uphold them in our lives. Please , re-read this very slowly, for I too dis-agree with the polices that are being set, but I have the faith , that if we , as Chrisitaians , these 32 percenters,, will get on their knees, PRAY TO GOD ALMIGHTY,, HAVE FATIH IN HIM,, AND LEAD THROUGH HIM ,, this nation will turn around and be

A NATION UNDER GOD, AGAIN, AND BREATHING EASY, walking upright , and steady!

Lord, I pray for the strength , and the leadership to guide , by You, and through You, to those who do not know you. I also pray for our leaders, that they might find You and ask for Your guidance in all they undertake ,,, from now until.... amen

SUNDAY! LATE, had computer problems, the "compute genius" just left.. I hope all are having a great day! Even with computer problems , I have had a good day,,for I know even without these crazy progress toys we have ,, that when they, like a computer or any mechanical thing dies, our Lord and Savior is always there for us "alive and working", never dying on us, nor leaving us!
