Thoughts for Today

TUESDAY-The day before Christmas!!!! All around the house is such a chatter, such a hustle,, the parents are looking for that last little item, dreading to go out and face the cold, and the crowd,, moms,, planning ,,"what will we eat",, after being up till 3 or 4 in the morning...and the little ones are smiling, laughing, being good, and jumping up and down, looking under the tree for the thousandth time.. to see if everyone remembered them..eyes dancing of goodys to appear under the tree,,little mouths singing, jabbering on, and on... sooooo happy in hopes of ole Santa is about to come.... oh, if we could all, as adults,, just would remember, it is O.K. to have Santa, & Christmas, and remember Jesus at the same time! To do this, you must have Jesus, and God in YOUR HOME all year prior to all holidays,,, and as you have your "Santa",, tell of the story of the babe Jesus, born in a stable , under the greatest light of all.. and all for us.....so as you go about this day, and this day eases into night, and all are gathered together,, smile big, and enjoy, drink nothing stronger than milk, coffee or tea,,, and as you do get to lay your head down, and your eyes awake tomorrow morning,, please,, let the first words out of your mouth be .... HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS, AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL IN THIS WORLD! God ,, thank You for Jesus, and the birth, and for my salvation!
