Thursday-Up and atta em! When you see the sunshine of a morning, just think, only one can change night into day, as great as man thinks he is,, this is a feat that only God can do.. and when your day is over, here comes the night, slow and easy,, into dark,, with a moon to see some, but time to rest.. yes, again, not from man, but from the love of a Great , Loving , Living God... given to you and to me.. to enjoy, so how about after reading this,, let's give God,, a thanks for it all...
Prayer Requests: For our pastor Terry Treadgill's mother, who has damage from the tornado that came through Alabama,, we do not know of the extinct of the damage yet , but there is damage,, she lives in Pell City, Al.
Also for all those involved in these tornadoes,,, in Alabama,, the pictures are awesome of these powerful tornadoes, and also in Georgia,Ark, Ok, Ms,... deaths, property destroyed.. business' disappeared,,, people hurt, without food, water, clothes, shelter,, Prayer needs to be first on our mind.. please pray, pray!
Request from Millie in Md... a friend of theirs, Sara's baby Luke was born April 13th, he's 2 weeks old yesterday. On Sunday night, he got a fever, and Sara and her hubby, Jason, took Luke to the hospital. He has Strep B Bacterial Meningitis. The doc said he'd be in the hospital for at least 2 weeks. Although he's been on IV antibiotics since Sunday, he developed a fever last night of 102º. They got it down to 99º this morning, using Tylenol. This afternoon, it's back to 102º
The doctor thinks Luke may have an abscess on his brain. They're going to give him an MRI, under general anesthesia, in a few hours to find out what's going on. It's dangerous to give a 2 week old baby general anesthesia, but they don't have much choice. Luke's having breathing problems as it is, so this is really going to be tricky. Please pray for wisdom & skill on the part of the anesthesiologist, doctors, and everyone involved. Please pray that the cause of this fever shows up and can be remedied easily. Please pray for Luke's healing. If it is an abscess, they'll have to drill into our grand baby's head. Sara is beside herself, and fear is trying to overwhelm her. Someone just gave me Romans 15:13. I'm trying to keep hoping, but Wow! This is some scary stuff. Please keep praying with us y'all.

Today, please stop,, examine yourself,, and if you have been missed by this bad weather,, or disease,, that has no age limit,, and with the news of war, death, people dying from their fight for freedom of life and religion.. stop , think how fortunate we all are, for all of these can strike in an instance,, and these things do not choose by race, wealth, country, or deeds of good or bad,, they come, like a ghost in the night,, they are here as you are wondering if they will ever get here,, so if you have been missed, then you have had a blessing, so treat it like a blessing... for at this time you have been spared,, and you need to thank God for the sparing, and you need to pray for those who were not! Missed from these then be thankful and know it ,
God Has Given Us this Blessing,,, Return with a thanks to God!
How long will he be merciful to this world?
God, I ask that you put your healing hand on those who have been in the path of these storms.. reason is not ours, but yours, and we will worship You as our knowing God, and not guess why or where , but ask only that you be with all those affected. amen

I am originally from Cullman, Al. and I can attest to these awful tornadoes.. and I am thankful this day for my Dad building us a storm shelter, and the remembering of the storms, and when not only would our family be in that storm pit,, but our neighbors as well,, that door was always open, and we saw this devastation of these storms, and we never want to be in one,, ever.. again, pray for these people ,, you can not imagine the turmoil they are in... PLEASE!
