TUESDAY! As we rise this day,, let us all bow our heads and thank our God for what we do have, and not ask right off for what we don't need, and probably could do with-out anyway! Praise first, and don't worry ,,blessings will follow,, in His own way!
Prayer Request: This morning,, for me,, who did a dumb thing yesterday while making crosses for "The Cross" Ministry. I tired to run my thumb through my table saw..tore it up bad, but will survive,, they just sewed it back together ,after x-rays,,in ER,,, temporary,,, Got to go to orthopedic specialist doctor today for final outcome of what to do with it..Please say a prayer for the doctors decision and guiding eye this day.
HE IS HERE,, AND YES, HE IS REAL, AND LIVING!
We, as a nation,, tend to take things for granite...such as running water, food, warmth, sunshine, sleep, and work,, a good crop of life... but do we ever really stop and think just where all this came from? Can you with your eyes closed ,, see this earth,, void of all,,, no life, no light, no seas, no mountains, not a breathing thing... and then in only six days it is all here.. and no where else of our knowing is there any of this anywhere. Now imagine one other thing,, the smile on God's face as He looked and seen what a magnificent thing He had made,, even thought He is God,, He was delighted in His doing!,,, Now last but not least,,, imagine, He is looking at it now..is HE as happy , as when He made it? Yes, I agree...there is probably a tear or two streaming down His cheek.
So, I think it is time,, we stop ,,, and give the praises back , of what He has given us,,, His all.. and we to Him?,, just a glancing look, and nod. Not enough,, we need to do more.. so do it.....for He is not an idol,, but my God is a living and real God... and He wants to hear our words and signs of our love back to Him , before asking for something else bigger than this world...
et's take care of what He has already given,,, and acknowledge with praise to all,, that
HE AS REAL, ALIVE, AND YES,, HERE,,,, 24/7! STILL GIVING, AND GIVING!
God, thank You for all I have,,, for with You with me,,is all I need. amen
