LEAVING THE LIGHT ON

Welcome to this day,, Wednesday,, Have you had a good "first two days"? Now the middle day,, and are you ready for the slide to the W/E? Over the hump,, down to the Friday afternoon and the start of it.. prepare,, prepare,, but as you prepare,, live these two days as well!!! O.K.?

LEAVING THE LIGHT ON!

My children will testify to this ,, I am always saying in jest,, "don't forget , we have the light on for you,, Just as Burdette says on Super Eight Motel,, the light is left on for you". Why does he leave this light on? It not only gives you light to enter when you get there,, but it also gives you the sign of how to find it... a genius of advertising. That is why I say , we will leave the light on for you,, it is to show them how to not only to get there,, but a lighted and welcome sight when you do get here, or when you return home, a welcome sight indeed!
God did the same thing for all of us,, He gave us a light ,, a bright shinning light .. to give us direction. A direction to His Son, Jesus Christ,, the bright and shinning light,, the light of direction to not only Him,,,, but the saving power of the Son,, the bright light that still shines from that Cross,, the light,, is Jesus Christ.. Do you know Him? Have you seen the Light? Have you grabbed hold of those hands and open arms that are stretched out to you? All you have to do, if you have not,, is say ," YES, I ACCEPT YOU, JESUS, AS MY SAVIOR"! You will feel the arms embrace you, and your eyes will really open ,, and you will see the

LIGHT OF JESUS CHRIST,,,,

PUT THERE BY GOD,,,

FOR YOU AND I!

Almighty God,,, today is just a thank You, for the light of direction, and the saving power.. amen
