SUNDAY- Now the second day of your w/e, and then it is back to work, or just Monday for some....now that I have put that in your mind,, so you can enjoy this day even more... remember this,, the rung of the ladder was never meant to rest upon,, but only to hold ones foot , just long enough to enable us to put the other one,, somewhat ,, higher! So, as this day goes and the next one comes, and you step,, remember ,, put your foot on the rung with the person who is going to supply you with the next rung to go higher... and not a missing rung that lets you fall back down to the bottom... o.k. (How many know what a rung is?)
Prayer Request: For all the sick and the ones with needs, and I ask all to say a prayer today for those that are sick, and in need, and let yourself rest for today.. for if we look, we find those in worst shape than us, so "today it is un-self-ish day"!
YOUR BUNGEE!
How many know what a "bungee cord" is? It is an elastic cord, wrapped in polyester to cover the elastic.. and it is used for many, many uses...and comes in different sizes,, length, and thickness... it can stretch and tie down a load on a truck or anything else,, it can wrap around an item around a post,, and hold it in place... or it can hold one when they jump off a tower or a bridge, of 100 feet or more... The one thing about a bungee cord,, it stretches to its' limit, then it recoils back to its' original length,, when new and first used,,
BUT,, as you use it,,,, it becomes weaker,, and loses some of its' re-coil..! It needs constant inspection.. and you must keep it in a dark container when not in use ,,, as sunlight can damage it... as the sun does to a lot of things,, like skin, hair, etc......
Now, I ask you this question.. as a Christian Bungee.... have you lost any of your stretch? Do you still re-coil at the sign of the devil, and return quickly to the Lord? or do you just , like an old bungee,, re-coil slowly,, like , I'm coming , just a little slower...? As we all get older, we do lose that re-coil a little at a time.. but ,you know the one thing we have that the old bungee does not,,, that as that person is jumping over that bridge with nothing but a rock bottom below.. we have , as Christians , those "helping hands", those that grab us ,, no matter the age,, and we don't have to worry about the natural re-coil,, we have the spiritual re_coil,,,, and it does not have to be stored in a dark place to hold its' strength,,, it can be shown out in the sunlight, the moonlight.. just anywhere you want to show it off... but you have to ask for these "bungee helping hands" , for if you don't ask,, bamn, right into those rocks.. ouch!!! Without the "bungee helping hands" ,, I am afraid there is no other way to stop this crash and bamn,,, so why not ask for this now,, you do know the brand name,,,, don't you? Well it is

STANDING , AN STANDING,,,NOT ALONE
SATURDAY- From Wed. to today, your slide has brought you to the w/e! I hope you made it without any "splinters" by having Jesus at your side, and during your slide! Now, take Him with you on through this w/e, and the rest of your life, FOR,,,, this is the first day of your life,, and I can think of nothing better than to have Him at your side. How about You!
Prayer Request: Phyllis Franklin's mother , Ruth(Babe) who is feeling very, very low, and sick,, pray for her to get well.
Gladys Hicks, having some bad times also,, pray for her
Elmer Kent who is seeking the right kind of treatment.
Little Joseph,, who is ready to undergo treatment, and is standing tall for his age, with a smile, and trust,,, could we? at any age, smile as I have seen the smile on this child's picture. Pray for Joseph.
One other prayer request.. something that I believe in so very much ... "The Cross " Ministry, and please mention this to everyone you get a chance to ... as all here in Yatesville , Ga. know how we are tryingn to put these crosses out.., (and if you will go to Face-book, and click on "The Cross" Ministry, then like,, you can see the things that are happening for the glory of God..) back to the reason,, two more incidents on "cross" removal by atheist's, one,, the New Trade Center Tower,, memorial,, litigation of keeping a cross made from the old tower, from being at the service... another, cross in mans yard , atheists can't stand seeing it while backing or coming into her yard,, He has had to move it twice before, now 15 feet into his own yard,, litgation is back on the table to remove it again, We must continue to pray, and let's put a cross in every yard in America, they are free.. Please help me convey this message,, we need this in this country,,, and that cross represents Him, and we need all we can to show to all , now!

Have you ever been so tired, you could just lay down right where you stand? I have! and when I get to lay down in my bed that night, you can hear the utter under my breath,, thank you God, thank you! Well, some don't even have a bed to lay their head on...,if you are feeling tired, alone, depressed, broke, hunger, hot or cold, unloved... just stop,, just a second, bow your heads , close your eyes, say , "God come into my heart",, then ponder just another second,, then raise your head, open your eyes,, you will still be in the same environment.. but deep down inside you ,,you will feel this warm ,,,a completely different "warm" in your heart, and it will transfer to your mind.. and even thought the surrounding stay the same,, the outlook will be different, and trust me ,,,the path will slowly start to open,, maybe not POW!, and there it is, the wonder of the world,, no , but POW! within,, and that pow will get you back,, back to His world, and that is the starting place! That is where you will hear the gun sound, the gun that starts the race, of you against the devil,,the race to freedom from satan, and once you have beaten him, then that is when the "pow" will get louder... and just how do you beat satan?,, you just have started the race and are already ahead,, by asking God to come on into you! The Race is on, and you can believe as you travel, stand against that light pole on a corner, in a dark scary place,, walk down that long road, and see no one stirring,,, alone and desperate.. YOU ARE NOT ALONE... for in this race,, THE ONE THAT GOD IS NOW RUNNING!, you are not without,, you have a multitude of angels.. the host of the Heavens, running with you ,, putting up trip barriers for satan, so you can get ahead,, and there by your side,, and you can feel Him and see Him if you just believe , believe hard enough, and faithfully... there

TRUE TO YOUR BELIEFS, AND TAKING THAT STEP!
FRIDAY- Welcome to the day of "pre-weekend"! I hope you have all your p;lans laid, and they include you and Jesus together hand in hand, walking to where-ever,, and that you don't walk behind and in alleys,, but in the open , so all can see just where you stand on who you take with you! Yes, you show Him off!
TRUE TO YOUR BELIEFS, AND TAKING THAT STEP!
We all have our beliefs in this world, th ese beliefs are the destiny of our spiritual world,, soooo, what is your belief? Where will you spend eternity? How will you fare out when you appear before HIm? Will you have your special defender Jesus ,,, or wil you have tha one smiling off to the side,,, the one with the little horns on his forehead? Maybe what is believed today, is not what one wants,,,, to be able to go where they want to to go.. sooooo,,, NOW IS THE TIME TO CHANGE THOSE BELIEFS,, BRING IN YOUR REAL SAVIOR,, JESUS CHRIST,,, yes, bring Him into your personal and PUBLIC belief,, the path is laid..
The steps you take today,, are the very ones that will take you on into tomorrow, and on into eternity.. The are the ones ,, and the only ones,, that can take you to the place of eternity that you want,, then,, so the steps you take now, is so very important... Watch where you step,, think before you even pick up that foot... and then look to God , to as where you want to put it down.. for the decision as to where it will be hot when you put it down ,, or as to if you feel the coolnest of Him,, is the choice you make,, sooollll

I have not always stepped in the right decision,, but by the Glory of my God, I had the chance to come back and repent, and get my forgiveness, and I pray that all have that chance also,,,, but some don't , don't be one of those, make it now!

OUR NATION
THURSDAY- How are you going to spend this day? I hope as God intended for you to when He gave it to you,, thankfull! If you have multiple troubles, examine your troubles, and see if you find your own name stamped on many of them,, as the manufacture! If you do, then go to the trouble solver,, Jesus!
Prayer Request: For our nation,, it is in bad need of our leaders,, to go to God, not the lobbyists,, to solve our own and our national problems... once off the selfish side,, & putting satan out of the houses of government and God back in,,, then we will be back on the right path,,,, Lord I ask for the above..

"IF WE KEEP ASKING,,, GOD BLESS AMERICA",, MAYBE HE WILL"! I don't deny that God has been here, and is still here,, in places of His choosing,,, but I do say as in my prayer request,, we have people in high places, that are greedy and self centered, and are trying to push God out... let satan in ,,,and run free... I say, if we , as Christine said, IF WE will keep calling on God to come back in, and re-bless our Capitol,, kick satan out into the gutter , where he belongs, (and those also, who don't want Him back in..) He will come ,, for when called with faith, God comes,, I believe this with all my heart and soul...

YES , I AM A WARRIOR!
Thoughts For Today-Wednesday-07/27/11
WEDNESDAY- "Hump Day"! Have you ever seen a camels back? There are two kinds, the one, with one hump, and then there is the one with two humps... so when you plan this day of sliding to your week-end, make sure you slide with a 'force' that doesn't leave you in 'the valley of the two humps'.. the only "force" that is guaranteed to get you over all "the humps of life",, is ,,,you guessed it,, Jesus Christ,,, you did guess Him? ,, didn't you?

They say his cancer is multiple glyoma (don't know how it's spelled)
which is a cancer normally related to adults.They said incidences of recurrence are high.
The worst news is they said with radiation and chemo the chances of living 2 years is 10 percent.
Jon said and I agree that we will just have to rely on God performing a miracle. When it reaches the point that
all human effort is not enough then we must depend on Him.Please help us pray for a miracle.
YES, I AM A WARRIOR!
Man , has been from time , a fighter, a defender of home, and territory! They have been fierce warriors,,and now in this day and time, women have come into their own,, and they are fierce warriors also. In every tribe, there are the aggressive, the medium, and the ones that stand behind the rock, rather than on top of the rock guarding their own.. Usually this works.. until you get the fierce of all warriors,, and he sets himself up as the leader of multiple tribes.. and he is feared by all... he has no mercy, he kills, and sometimes, he kills and manes people ,just for the fun of it.. He will lead his follows into battle ,, as he stands upon the rock, very high, and very far off,,, in safety,,, while he sends others to their death... then
YOUR HAVE THE ULTIMATE WARRIOR! Not the fiercest of warriors,, but one that is so strong, no one really challenges him,, he is just himself,,he is kind, he shares, he loves, and is loved,, people will go to their death for this one,, without prodding of the end of a spear to push them to the edge, they will openly volunteer to defend the edge of the cliff at the risk of falling over the edge.. these are also "true warriors", for they have chosen the way that is the "right way",, not the way of aggression of hurt to their fellow man.
Now, in these times, we have four types of modern warriors.. the Military, the Non-believer, the Sunday, and the All-time God Warrior...
The Military Warrior, is the one who defends our nation against the enemy who has sworn to kill all believers in God, and Son,,,, and wears the ARMOR OF GOD,, WITHIN THEIR UNIFORM, and when that solider stands , God and Son , stands with each of them.
The Non-believer , is the one whom satan is inside of,, those who have not reached out to Jesus, satan trying to destroy YOU! and the nation, but his real intent is YOU , AND YOUR SOUL...
The Sunday Warrior, is the one who puts on his "warriors suit" and goes to battle for one day, and then hangs it in the closet until the next Sunday,, for the other six days,, it may get in the way of his success, so he does not testify , and only calls out to Jesus from Monday through Saturday, if an emergency arrives!
The "All-time God Warrior", is the one who is the non-military warrior,, who first, asks Jesus to join him on a daily basis, then after that , he does not have to go to the closet for his warriors suit, he has just dressed himself with an all time suit of armor, and wears it DAILY! No man, nor satan, can penetrate,,, cannot destroy this armor, it is good and whole , forever.. for this armor is spear proof,,, of sin, wrong doing, and no matter even if death comes, the person who wears this armor ,,, lives... and this warrior,, tells all he sees and comes in contact with, that he is a warrior of Jesus Christ , the Son he Son of the Living God!!!
so I ask you today, which armor will you wear?
God Almighty, I pray that there are more in this nation with the "armor" of Jesus wrapped about them , and are testifying of Your greatness, than the ones who hang You in the closet, or runs with the devil .. I pray that you help us, to be the example, and wear our armor well and testify to these who do not. amen

I RAN , AND I RAN, BREATHLESS!
Tuesday- Today as you walk down the road you have chosen today , to walk down,, stretch your arm out, open your hand, grab the hand that extends back to you and take Him with you, on all the roads you take today, and every day, and be proud of who you have with you, and do some bragging to others, of just who He is!
I RAN, AND I RAN, BREATHLESS!
My life , I was running, from the first days of my accountability,,, it was as if I was about to just run out of my shoes.. yes we did have shoes ,, well in the winter and on Sundays, ha! Back to the serious side,,, It was as if the road I was on, just had no end.. or I could not see it! I was doing things, that was not exactly the "things" one should do.. nothing really down right bad, but not really good either,, just things, that made you run from them,,, never having the real ability to enjoy anything ,, really enjoy.... I just could not imagine, why do I walk beside some of these boys and girls,, but it is as if I am running,, so fast,, why can't when we are talking , relax,, look up or around? Just could not figure this out.. It was as if I didn't have the control of my life!Wow, was I ever tired, but the guy with me,, well he seemed to be making it fine,, taking short , easy breaths, smiling, but you know ,,, he was the funniest looking guy that ran around with us... he kinda was deformed, for he had little knots on his forehead,,, his hands did not completely form all the way,, as if he had only two fingers, like hooves.. and it almost looked like he had a tail tucked in his pants.. but he was the leader,, and what he asked of us, we did,, just boys,, doing and laughing, with this ole leader of the pack.. then it happened...
I was standing up behind the sixth bench in the church, when I heard a cry from a man, with sweat running down his face, on his white shirt, his tie opened, he was standing in front of the pulpit,, with a Bible in his hands, looking up into the Heavens,,and then he said,, as he turned and was looking right at me,, " If you are tired and weary, come, come on down , accept this Jesus Christ,, and you will become whole, you will be able to "walk" with your head high, and you will fill good and no guilt,, come on down...let Him lift the burdens of life , off of your shoulders...stop running!".
Well , I almost tore the top of that bench right off, for I gripped it with all my strength, and yes that leader of the pack was right there , beside me,, holding on to me for dear life.. saying , don't go, for we will go for a "fun run" when we get out of here, don't go.. don't leave me. for I will give you anything you want.. I turned and said can I just walk,just this once,, stop running,, and he said no,, for this guy down there is just to close for us to walk,, come run with me..... but no, I broke loose of this hold he had on me, that held me like a chain, I walked slowly, trembling, legs about to just collapse..tears running down my cheeks,,but I made it,, and the preacher was right,, as I got there and knelt down, and said, I accept You Jesus, as my Savior, I felt this burden lift of my back, I could feel the air , go down into my lungs with a lunge you can never experience ,unless you walk to Him...
then I heard the scream!!! The scream of one who had been holding me,,, as he was escorted to the back,, kicking and wailing,, with a broken chain flinging to and fore,, pulled by two winged men,,, then.....he was gone in a flash!
I had finally found..........
HOW TO WALK, AND WHO TO WALK WITH,, AND HOW TO BREATH...
LIFE,,,,,,,,NOT DEATH!
God, thank You for that moment ,,, 57 years ago,,, yes that long, and I have since strayed, we all do, at one time or another,, but you know, once He has you, He just won't let go,, thank You God , for Jesus and His forever grip! amen

I RAN, AND I RAN, BREATHLESS!
My life , I was running, from the first days of my accountability,,, it was as if I was about to just run out of my shoes.. yes we did have shoes ,, well in the winter and on Sundays, ha! Back to the serious side,,, It was as if the road I was on, just had no end.. or I could not see it! I was doing things, that was not exactly the "things" one should do.. nothing really down right bad, but not really good either,, just things, that made you run from them,,, never having the real ability to enjoy anything ,, really enjoy.... I just could not imagine, why do I walk beside some of these boys and girls,, but it is as if I am running,, so fast,, why can't when we are talking , relax,, look up or around? Just could not figure this out.. It was as if I didn't have the control of my life!Wow, was I ever tired, but the guy with me,, well he seemed to be making it fine,, taking short , easy breaths, smiling, but you know ,,, he was the funniest looking guy that ran around with us... he kinda was deformed, for he had little knots on his forehead,,, his hands did not completely form all the way,, as if he had only two fingers, like hooves.. and it almost looked like he had a tail tucked in his pants.. but he was the leader,, and what he asked of us, we did,, just boys,, doing and laughing, with this ole leader of the pack.. then it happened...

MONDAY-and even though I wrote it in blue, does not mean it is a "A Blue Monday"! , For it is a bright and shining day, whether it be cloudy with no sun shinning, it is still a shinning day! How do you say? For it is God's , not yours, only for you to use, and use for now as you read this, less than 24 hours, before another appears, if He desires,,, and He shines at all times,, night or day,,,for He is the Sun , the Moon, and the Earth... so today is a shinning day... right?
Prayer Request: For all those who are sick, and in need of things,,, please pray that God will have mercy, and give them the healing, and the things they need, even if He has to take some of our things to give... and I pray that all those who do not know Him, Jesus, will turn today, now , to Him and accept Him ,, and hold Him close to their bodies and in their hearts.
THE GRASS WITHERS, AND THE FLOWERS FALL....
BUT THE WORD OF GOD STANDS FOREVER! ISAIAH
This above is the truest statement made,,, for no matter what we do,,, how we do it.. who we do it with,, will fall, and wither away... only our knowledge, our stories, our legends of some.. will endure, and only by paper written, by recordings , recorded by God's will,,, awesome .. to know we are expendable here on this earth.. but permanent ,, in Heaven , or hell, which we chose, for it is our choice, while on this earth, so short of a time.. so make it, and I hope make it for Him, and that is what He really wants, but still gives you the choice...Just think, so big, so strong, can do anything He wants,, but stills gives man ,, "choice", yes , a God for real!
We strut around here, like we own this world, or we are better than the others. Better than our neighbor? Better than any in our community, town, city, state, country, world? Yes,, as man, we tend to do that.. for I have more money, I have more of this or that,,, and the one who says " I wish I had that",,,, well we all need to check our walk,,, and leave the strut to Him, and live as He intended us to do from the get go... then will we, and only then ,,, realize that we have it all.... when we have Him ,, for He is wealth, food, land, things, yes,, He is all,, and as the statement above says ,, we will wither, we will fall, back to our dust, from which we came, but
HE AND HIS WORK WILL LAST FOREVER,
YES, FROM THE SON'S MOUTH,, TRUTH,, WITHER AND FALL HERE BUT RISE TO BE FOREVER WITH HIM, IF YOU BELIEVE IN ME, YES FROM JESUS, BELIEVE IN HIM RISE AND LIVE WITH HIM, FOR HE IS FOREVER!
Lord, thank You , for Your gracious giving of us ,this earth, and all the things we have, and most of all the salvation You gave us,, that being Your Son,, Jesus Christ , and believing in Him ,,gives us life with You , forever, and ever.. amen

Just a man, with a mission of telling of this Great God of ours, and let no man stand in the way, for I will not allow it.. the only obstacle I have is myself, and I pray to God that He will help me over this obstacle, me ... may God continue to have mercy on this earth, and may man call out for His reign to be merciful. and let not man stir His anger..... how do you feel about your mission on your trip,, answer only to yourself, and then ponder your answer and ask, do I need to make any changes?
